Needed a few days to get away. Picked this last minute with the family. Location was great lots to do and see. Hotel clean, staff friendly, rooms comfortable, pool clean and breakfast was satisfactory. They had a washer & dryer available at a low cost which made it great to clean our clothes from being at the beach or pool. Worth the price paid. Looking forward to coming back.
The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The property and surrounding area were clean and well maintained. Checking in was fast and easy. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It had a small refrigerator that worked well. The air conditioning was powerful, which was great because it was really hot outside. The TV was kind of annoying. It seemed like it worked on wifi and froze/reloaded a couple of times. The bathroom had a good-sized stall shower with strong water pressure. This place was well worth what they charged for the room.
Front desk was very personable, he recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Room was clean and place was fairly quite (some other loud guests, but what can you do?). Place could use some updating but for the great price, it was awesome. Breakfast was bare bones, but was included, so 🤷 overall, I'd recommend this place if you want a no frills, clean place to sleep.
Great hotel. Very conveniently located and lots of things to do nearby. Right off of I-95. A short ride to downtown Niantic. Lots of nice restaurants and shops and a beach in summer. Not far from Mystic, CT. And not far from Mohegan sun. The staff was great. Our TV was not working at first but they came and fixed it. Clean room and comfy beds. Would stay here again.
Room was pretty decent especially for the price. Clean and well located! Some stuff was slightly damaged like the light switch and towel rack in the bathroom. I didn’t like that the reception guy in the morning tried to switch things up on me and change the price for adding a night. (Tried doubling the price to $260 … this spot is NOT worth that price imo) That was the decider in my extending my stay or not. I didn’t like the guy when I was checking out and trying to extend… he wasn’t very accommodating. But upon checking IN the night before, the receptionist was super kind and helpful. I recommend if you need a quick place to stop over for a comfy night or two and a hot shower! There’s breakfast (I didn’t partake, I left early in the morning), a pool, and a dingy little fitness room on the first floor. Room includes WiFi, tv and fridge.
Pretty clean and has good customer service. Just be aware that they do not always have a person at the front desk, however, you just need to call right on the front desk. They will be there in a few seconds. So no big deal 🙂. ||Pretty close to the Mohegan Sun since we just need a night for resting and attending the concert. Also, the lobby is very quiet, maybe too quiet 🤫. Maybe playing some smooth music would be nice.
My parents and I checked in walked to our room and immediately smelled an old, musty scent throughout the hallway including in the room as soon as I opened the door. It just did not smell clean at all. The rooms are pretty dark since the ceiling lights don’t turn on just the lamps and the bathroom light. There is no safe, shower cap, conditioner in the rooms either, and the iron was extremely old and stained once I tried to use the steam function sand came out of the iron luckily my clothes weren’t ruined. I called the front desk and was told to come to the front desk to get another one which I did. Once I returned to the room later that night after our show at the Mohegan last night and got ready for bed once I pulled back the covers of the bed I noticed huge stains on the side of the mattress cover stains. This was absolutely disgusting 🤢!! I called the front desk to let them know and was told to come grab another pair of sheets for ME to change it myself 🤮 I asked for another room instead and was told that they are completely booked. The front desk attendant came to my room after a second call and I was under the impression that he was going to change the sheets but he just came in looked at it says looks like someone spilled something and left without saying a single word after that. I had to resort with sharing the other bed with my family. TIP: CHECK THOSE MATTRESSES!!!
Rooms are very small. I travel for work so 2 guys with a week worth of stuff is a little crowded other then that they are nice and the bathroom is nice other then the exhaust fan not working . Breakfast is subpar.. waffles and cereal.
Wonderful 2-night stay in a beautiful, quiet and walkable location. King suite was spotless and spacious, with huge windows, tv, white noise machine, mini fridge and microwave. Ac/heat unit worked great. Check in/out was smooth and staff was very fri
This is my favorite park in Niantic. There's a paid parking lot for parking. There are picnic tables and benches. There's pathways to walk around the park. Of course you can't forget the gorgeous beach! Wonderful views from the sand and the hill! It'
Board walk next to the beach gives you an amazing view during summer and fall. The Pavilion is great for some family pictures and right next to it thereâs plenty of hiking trails with a medium/low difficulty. Great place to bring your dog for a wal
Dined here last night and it was nothing short of awesome. Melissa was phenomenal and the food was delicious. The salmon was the best Iâve had in a really long time. The atmosphere was great along with the rest of the staff. Definitely would recomm
Wonderful experience!! We ordered the short rib special and steak frites, with pretzel sticks as an appetizer. Everything was incredible, and came out surprisingly fast with the busy night they had. Our server Daisey was AMAZING, 10/10. Super friendl
