Coming in at first sight it’s very clean and the cleaning crew does a good job. We had a wonderful experience. The pillows and king bed was fabulous. Super comfortable and the shower water pressure was fabulous! The pool was a nice bonus to cool the kids off. Was a very nice stay.

Good little spot for a quick stay or a weekend with the kids. Affordable hotel but still clean and well kept, not stinky, no bugs, and staff was friendly. Breakfast was also good, had waffles, cereal, sausage gravy, bagels, muffins and a good selection of juices, but unfortunately, no eggs. :( Our king suite room was spacious and had a refrigerator as well as a coffee pot, and a jetted tub!!

This hotel is in a great location just outside of Grand Rapids. The rooms are clean and the staff is welcoming. Breakfast could have been a little better. They have a pool and fitness room. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything around you.

We love this location and have stayed there before but THIS TIME the room on the 1st floor smelled of feet. The gym smelled of some kind of caustic plastic. The milk and the coffee creamers were curdled AND the bathroom at the pool was disgusting. We brought this to the manager's attention and TWO (2) days later, it was still not cleaned. He acted like it was the first time he was hearing about the problem.

For starters, check in time is 3 pm!! The room has a heavy smell when first walk in, bathroom has a sewer smell. The AC is loud and has smell too. The bed is uncomfortable and the coach is dirty. The breakfast is horrible, eggs are cold scrambled foam, sausages are old and their muffins are old as well and that will conclude breakfast. $150 a night is not work it. Nvr again!

The furniture in my room, 2 chairs and a sleeper sofa, were very dirty! We covered the chairs with the extra bed sheets, in order to use them. Breakfast was ok, for free. I chose this location for the convenience, since it's really close to Grand Valley State University but will not stay again.

Recent visit with some issues noted. Room was ok but shower design leaves bathroom floor soaked. Room noise from above was the free wakeup call. Breakfast offerings were sparse at best. Overall lack of maintenance was evident in many places.

For the price, great place for a quick stay. We just stayed overnight. Breakfast in the morning we good for free. Rooms were clean.
