My wife and I stayed here one night. Room was fine. She lost her phone so I attempted to call the front desk; to ask if housekeeping turned her phone in. The two people that answered the phone over the two days I tried calling were extremely rude. I was told “we have everything” and “bye” the two times I called. When I went back to the hotel In person to ask; the man at the front desk was absolutely no help, and claimed the phone had not rang at the front. The front desk attendants were rude and non helpful. Would not recommend staying here.
This hotel had HORRIBLE customer service. The guest service was so terrible I would never want to step foot on the property or pay for the room. I was using the gym as a paid customer and was kick out rudely by the old Indian man who must have been the owner? He took my hotel keys while it was sitting on the gym counter and starting yelling as if I was a stranger who came off the streets to use the facility. Who ever he was he also called the cops on me after I left the building. I was sitting in my car waiting for the rain to pass and the whole entire stay was unwelcoming. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE STAY AT A HOTEL LIKE THIS AGAIN!!!
Clean, comfortable, cheap.
Good coffee. Good breakfast.
Great staff!
I would definitely stay here again.
For the price we were expecting a run down side of the hwy type of motel but this one was modern and well maintained since I frequent the area it will be my motel of choice
I checked in and promptly told them I was traveling with a service animal…he then asked to see my service animal’s documentation, which is a major no-no. I obliged to keep the peace, gave him his identification card, he asked what task does your service animal perform. I answered medical alert, which he then “informed” me that the state of Georgia does not recognize medical alert animals as service animals, but he was going to let me slide this one time. I proceeded to the room where I was slapped in the face with the smell of vomit….I searched EVERYWHERE, couldn’t find the source and eventually gave up. The employees need to be re-trained and educated of the ADA laws to avoid a lawsuit, and the rooms need to be deep cleaned.
02/28/24...... I stay at Choice hotels over 100 nights a year. I don't usually complain but this manager is a jerk!! I was travelling back to the Port of Brunswick for a quick overnight and another drive to Nashville Tn. My wife came up to spend the evening with me since I hadn't seen her in a few days. We live down by St Augustine so it was a 100 mile drive for her. She is disabled and has 2 5 lb registered Service animals with papers with her for medical reasons. She stopped in to book the room as I was still up by Macon. The Manager was hateful and rude to her and told her he didn't care about her service animals he wasn't interested in us staying there. I usually love Sleep inns but will NEVER stay at this one.... We did stay 6 or 7 miles down the road at the Comfort Inn and Suites on Ashton Dr and the staff was welcoming and the stay there was great...
This place was so cruel wouldn't even let me check in to my room because I had a puppy in a crate for a graduation gift. I drove 609 miles to be told I couldn't even check in with the puppy for 2 hours to shower get ready for the graduation and deliver the I puppy. The man was so rude and you couldn't pay me to stay in a place where they are so smug and rude
The clerk is some bald, big, fruity Jamaican MAN. He's very rude, we pulled up in a U-Haul because we are in the middle of moving to our new home, the first thing he said was if we bring up to many bags (the owner) would ask us to leave 🤯😮 well good thing we only had a bag a piece... Breakfast... Was horrible, not cooked all the way, hash browns still taste like the freezer, eggs watery .. the only good stuff was the fresh fruit and yogurt.... I threw everything away, WHILE my son was carrying my plate for me. The same CLERK came up to me saying my son has/had to many plates, I tried explaining that 1 was my son's and the second plate were mine.... He again kept being rude and SASSY with me. I paid for 3 nights and can't wait for it to be over (I really just want my money back, plus my deposit)... I WON'T EVER STAY THERE AGAIN....
My family stayed here on our way down to Florida. Hotel is right off I-95 and close to many restaurants. My kids loved the indoor pool. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Service at the desk was fantastic! We will be back in March.
I recently enjoyed a stellar stay at the Hilton Garden in Brunswick, Georgia. The hotel's impressive size, coupled with beautifully designed and spacious rooms, exceeded my expectations. The modern amenities and overall freshness of the establishment
Amazing wraps for the price! We got breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our trip to Cumberland Island! So many options that we were able to create 3 different meals. Very easy to order online and not a crazy long wait.
I have been coming to Daddy Cates for over 10 years! It is still my favorite Cafe. Dee Dee is the sweetest host !! You must go by and try it out ! The Chilli Dogs are AWESOME!
Enjoyed dinner with my beautiful bride. We are a mixed family. She likes drums and garlic parm , and I like flats and sweet BBQ.
Love this restaurant. Owner and all of the wait staff is great. No matter who passes your table they still check on your
This place was definitely amazing. My kids are super picky but they cleared their plates and went back for seconds. It reminded me of back home so it was awesome. I had been searching everywhere for someone to come remote close to Cajun cooking and t
