Descent place, nice enough rooms, has a pool indoors, very cold by my standards, but it is there. No hot tub. Small store for quick food. Almost no food delivery options, so stock the fridge or be prepared to journey out. Breakfast is pretty good for a hotel.
Best accessible room I've seen. No tub to climb over, a fold up bench, plenty of bars to hang on to, good shower head with a button to turn off the water. Only problem... mom is short, bed is high! Would be nice to have a stool available.
Positive: After reading all the reviews, it is easy to see how one small problem causes people to get frustrated with a location. This was a very nice Sleep Inn, with great staff and very well stocked. It will be a place we stay again! Negative: The poor lady who checked us in had to do all the work, she had to do everything by herself. Only issue at all!
Sleep Inn, Boardman The best thing about this place is the cleanliness & comfortable beds, two things I highly value. The price was also reasonable & the staff friendly. We felt safe & secure at this location. The cons: there aren’t any luggage racks to put your suitcases, no freezer in the fridge (which we needed for ice packs), difficulty with check in, very cramped room for a double room, only 2 hand towels & washcloths (double room should have 4). The lamp didn’t function properly - the outlet was broken & one light wouldn’t turn off. Didn’t realize this til we went to bed.
Really soared past my expectations. Great and friendly staff. Clean neat and comfortable rooms. Had a great experience there.

They lied about being pet friendly and turned us and our cat away last minute at the door at 2am after booking online. We are still trying to claw our money back as they don't want to refund us and hung up on us as we tried to get it sorted last night.
For being a place I have never heard of and had no other choice, being as late as it was on our long trip, this place was not bad. Prices could have been a tad lower, but not enough to affect the review. Overall, I would go again.
