I have to say, every time we walked into the hotel it always smelt amazing! Clean and fresh and it was just as aspect that stood out to me - it was a perfect hotel 10 mins from the airport and 15-20 minutes from everything else we were doing in Buffalo. Room temperature was good, everything was clean, great to have a mini fridge and microwave. Liked that the bathroom was separate from the sink/makeup area. Lots of pillows, bed was eigh. Breakfast was okay, apples were delicious and super fresh. Definitely a great price for what we got and if you’re looking for a clean, quick and easy hotel this definitely got the job done.
This hotel was totally adequate for our recent 4 night stay for a family memorial service in the area. Our room (403) was clean, efficient and comfortable. Though a little small in size, (tiny bathroom but with a separate toilet room), it served us well. Cleanliness was above average, and the breakfast was pretty good. Waffle machine, fresh eggs, ham slices and a multifunction coffee machine were better than expected. The major complaint I had was the disparity of the room rate. $130 for Thursday and Sunday nights and $190 for Friday and Saturday nights. Maybe I should have shopped a little better. Overall, a pleasant stay
Room was very clean (no funny hotel smells), staff was attentive, location was convenient. I liked how they had 4 pillows for each bed of varying thickness and firmness- I have neck trouble with many hotel pillows but found one that was perfect. The breakfast wasn’t anything special - small seating area and it was extremely busy between 8 and 9, but the quiet, clean room made up for it.
Locations is convenient and safe, a short drive from Niagara state park.
Room was neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Overall great place, especially for that price.
The staff is welcoming and friendly. As soon as I opened the door to my room and walked in, I immediately noticed the fresh, clean scent of the room. It wasn't the typical cleaning-supplies smell that most hotels have, but instead, it smelled like I just walked into the fresh air of a mountain meadow. I'm very curious how they accomplished this! My room and bathroom were small but very clean and sufficient for my overnight stay. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were soft and fluffy. My only complaint was the abundance of "Pride" decorations. I love rainbows as much as anyone, but I was saddened to see the acceptance and celebration of a twisted society. I realize not everyone agrees with me about this, but it truly was a fly in the ointment for me to be reminded of "Pride Month" every time I entered the parking lot and lobby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, and I would stay here again if the opportunity arises, although I would probably try to schedule my stay in a month other than June.
This hotel is in a good spot with lots of attractions like Niagara falls and Buffalo within a 30 minute drive.
The room we had was clean and smelled good upon arrival. Like a really nice smell. I saw others had commented on this, which is why we decided to stay. After we unpacked our beds and were ready to crash, we stepped on the carpet near the desk area and got our feet soaked... The floor was soaked about 4' out from the a/c unit! We were so tired, we just wanted rest, so we figured we would avoid that area since it didn't seem to be making any smell issues and we turned down the a/c because the room was freezing and we thought that might be part of the problem. We planned to mention to the staff, but forgot the next day. We returned to our room after breakfast, got our stuff and left.
When we got back from the falls the second night our room reeked. I mean so bad. I have never been in a room smelling so bad. I actually thought the staff used the toilet and forgot to flush. It just hit you the second you walked in the room.
My husband went to talk to the manager on duty because we suspected it was the leaking a/c unit. She didn't know what to do because they were fully booked. She did come to see for herself and saw how far into the room the water had come and put down some towels and said she was going to check with her manager about what to do since they were booked.
They managed to get us a new room with no leaking unit and no bad smells. We stayed the other two nights we were there with no problems.
Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, including the one who helped get us a new room. The breakfast was a nice variety over the days. Make your own waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage patties, and typical Continental in addition to the hot breakfast. The coffee was not good at all... And we drink about any coffee. It tasted like chemicals. So we got coffee elsewhere each day. They also have no water in the lobby or the break area. The staff told us the water was shut down in the OJ machine and that we would have to get it from the fitness room... Which has tiny little cones to drink from and I thought that was weird.
Docking one star due to a/c leaking. If you stay in room 407... Make sure they fixed it. Apparently they had just had several units reinstalled because this was happening, but this room was still having issues or not done correctly. I also think better coffee or at least average coffee would be a big improvement and water in the lobby because room water normally tastes awful.
I’ve been coming to this hotel since 2006 whenever I am in the Buffalo area. This is a very beautiful and clean hotel and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I love the pool area and the hot tub is really nice. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. This hotel serves some of the best breakfast so make sure you don’t miss it! I always feel safe taking my morning and evening walks along Inn Keepers Lane whenever I stay here. I’ll always come back again.
Jackie T was the nicest person at the counter I have met during my trip from Missouri so far. A honest smile and a good jokes duel is the best compliment from hotel you can get at the end of the long day.|Room was clean with a great smell of the really clean room. Everything was great. If you are going to visit Niagara falls - the great place to stay!
WOW! My first time staying here today. I stayed at all brand name hotels around UB for the last two years, and this is the best (most spacious, cleanist, functional, modern, etc.) hotel by far. I am kicking myself for not staying here for the last
Nice clean hotel just a skip and hop from U of Buffalo's north campus. The hotel treats you to a large cookie on arrival. I had a medium sized fridge and a microwave in my King bedroom. Hotel is about 15mins from the airport and airport. Upon arrival
I came in to get my nose pierced and Coco was nice enough to squeeze me in despite being busy. I love the atmosphere and everyone there seemed super kind and I just loved the vibe. Coco was so nice and took an interest in my life despite only being t
Went to the show a few weeks ago... we didn't realize how big of group we had until we got there - They were so amazingly accommodating, making sure all 12 of us could sit together and make sure we had a handicap spot as well! I was so impressed with
First time here and I would definitely come here to chill on my trip to Niagara Falls 20min from the hotel but totally worth it, as soon as we walked the music was amazing, started playing Spanish music lol love it ð recommended hookah flavor blue
We've been sleeping on our new Sterns & Foster mattress for about six months now and we love it. Bill was extremely helpful and facilitated every step of the process with tact and professionalism. Delivery was handled admirably by two very profession
Duffâs wings are mind-blowingly good!
Remember: Medium is HOT!!! So do not order too hot wings or try to challenge yourself because your experience will be ruined! We ordered Duffâs extremely hot âdeathâ sauce on the side and I personally lov
First time going. We brought our 2.5 year old for the Halloween trick or treating event. He had a blast. It only took us about 30 minutes to walk through the whole village but I imagine it would take longer if it got busy. All of the volunteers and s
First time going to the Blue Bull Tavern. We went to watch a Bills game and was very pleased with the place. 3 big screens at the bar and a few others through out the bar area. We didn't get the bartenders name but she was very nice and friendly.
