It can get very crowded. Would be nice. If so, many people didn’t litter but it’s a nice place to put your feet in the water and see marine life
9/15/22 We went out today there cleaning up the tree's clearing some ground more room for fun.. I love too go and enjoy the view, love to watch them Wind Surfing. So peaceful watching the Sunset.
My favorite place to take sunrise pictures! I don't feel it's the greatest for swimming, but there are kiteboarders here most often, jetskies. It is peaceful, cool place to lounge, get some sun, meet new people, take pictures. Plenty of parking, all sand tho. Lots of birds typically. Trash is not always collected in a timely manner, so sometimes around the receptacles is a bit of a mess. I enjoy the area.
Hidden in plain sight, this little gem os right off the busy roadway taking you over the skyway bridge. The east side has great trees for hammocks, rocks to explore, and a beach. There are always kite surfers enjoying the shallow waters. The west side is more mangroves and woodsy trails along the water. You could launch kayaks here or jet skis. Great views of the open water.
Saw some great kite surfing here. Nice little place to stop and rest, take a dip in the water or go to the washroom if you wish. I wish I could upload my short video. Very cool that some leave the water (a significant height for some) when they turn
Great place to watch the world slowly drift by, especially since it's only the price of the toll and no other parking fees ($1.50 cash/$1.07 SunPass as of this post). Just keep in mind that the beach part is only open sunrise to sunset--the rest area and fishing pier are open 24 hours.
On the south side, the algae was very abundant and stinky, but that is not always the situation. The north side was nice a breezy. The main area had simple, covered concrete picnic tables

I love this little park! They have the most amazing views of the sunshine skyway bridge! Thereâs a small boat ramp and lots of picnic areas. Thereâs a really great playground as well. A true gem - so relaxing and the breeze here is wonderful.
It's a really nice area that could have so much more done to it. Several soccer field, rugby, jai Lai but the playground is really small. The place could use a nice basketball court, dog park and better accessibility to the playground area. Parking
