Beautiful location right on the lake. Room was older, but clean and comfortable. My in-laws had a great room overlooking the lake, very beautiful! The pool area was small but clean so some of my family members took advantage of it. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place is near the lake it's literally right there in the back. We got a room with lake view. Room was clean, spacious, and the lake was right there. Only CON is the spiders on the balcony if they would just pressure wash them away it would be awesome. Bed was comfortable and the check in was easy and pleasant. They have postcards to mail in the check in/check out area and we sent one to ourselves and our nephews. They mailed them for us for free. There is so many activities to do on the lake which you can rent there. Definitely would come back!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Skylark Shores Resort, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. When I made my reservation, Megan answered the phone. She was extremely friendly and helpful, setting a positive tone for my stay. Due to a late incoming flight, I was going to arrive around 1 am. I called the hotel to inform them of my late arrival, and they reassured me that it wouldn't be an issue and to just ring the bell upon arrival. True to their word, when I arrived, Ron checked me in. He was very friendly and welcoming, making the late-night check-in process smooth and stress-free. The next day, I came back from the store and saw Ron again. He greeted me with a smile, which added a personal touch to my stay. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with a stunning view of the lake. It was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a restful stay. The housekeepers were very nice and promptly swapped my towels upon request. The property itself was well-kept, and it was clear that the staff took pride in maintaining a high standard. During my stay, I spoke with a few other guests who shared that they have been staying at the Skylark Shores Resort every year for multiple years, which speaks volumes about the quality and consistency of this hotel. Overall, my stay at the Skylark Shores Resort was delightful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, well-maintained, and peaceful place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

WOW WOW WOW! How awesome to still have this place in the area. We haven't stayed here in a very long time. We got an updated room, which was nice. The park atmosphere on the lake is breathtaking. Our only negative is the pet area is at the front of the motel, on the Main street, not a good idea for furbabys.

Everything is perfect: the rooms, the view, the pool, the staff. Sunrise is unbelievable. The only problem was the noise. Teens and kids and adults were being so loud until like 1 am at night. Take some earplugs or a noice machine!

We come here every summer with our boat and family! We are so lucky to have found a great place to spend our lake summers! We also love Paige and continue to come back because of her outstanding service!

Not a bad hotel for the location. Not too many good hotels in the area. Probably the best one in the area, but as a two-star suggests it's just mediocre

The room was typical of a motel. It was spacious, but windows were thin. Paint was chipping. Bathroom was small and I'm petite. Check in and out was quick since I had already reserved online. The location is right next to the lake and on the main road which was very nice.
