I have owned Sky caddies for 10 years and have not had any problems with customer service. The best way for results is to call direct. Excellent products.

The customer service was very nice. They helped me solve the issues I had in a pretty quickly manner.

I would award zero stars if possible! They will sell you overpriced products, and then not give you any support services if you have a problem. The "Chat Support" contact lines are manned by incompetents, and they will not answer the Support Services telephone line. Try calling, and you will be cut off after 3 rings. Hopeless!!!!!!

This company's products are terrible. I am embarrassed to say I have bought two of their range finders. Complicated to use, horrible support, way too expensive, and on top of that, they spam you and there is never an unsubscribe option. I tell every golfer I know to avoid their products. Couple hundred down the drain for me. Live and learn! Hope this helps someone.

I brought my first Skycaddie the SGX in 2010 and have been happy with it ever sent the purchase. Now I just added to that the SX500 I'm sure I will be just as happy with it.

Found customer service horrible and very disappointed, as a customer for at minimum over 10 years. Too many options available in the market
