A lot of the things were closed or gone. Wasn’t enough to do to wanna stay the full 90 minute session. The spinning machine you jump over or duck under was gone. The dodgeball area closed. The projector on the wall with games was off. Ripped mats. The rope swings were gone or seemed to have been cut. A few other of things were broken and closed with cones. Nobody was manning the zip line. The workers I did see were just sitting in a corner talking to each other for almost the full time I was there. Some people went to the employees I saw just sitting for help and told them a man had lost their phone in one of the pits with the foam cubes, and they didn’t even get up, just said “well he signed a liability risk waiver” so instead of any employees helping the man look for his phone, a bunch of other guests did and we did find the man’s phone. No thanks to the employees. Incredibly disappointed to see this place like this.

This place is PACKED! And it’s $25-28 a person without socks for 90 minutes. Kids running around chaotically and not paying attention to anything. The zip line is cool but kids will be running under it when someone is coming very fast down it. The smell of sweat and pee was strong. They need better circulation. The food counter lacks and looks like microwaved food. 80% of the lockers are busted and there’s no instructions on how to lock them. The backseat all court was broken so couldn’t be used. The workers look like they hate their lives. I will never go again unless my nephew wants to but I might choose elsewhere. It just sucks because I know this place caters to so many towns.

Perfect place for kids to let go of all that energy. I wish we had something like this when I was little. Pricing this is okay for what they offer. They do have a snack bar which offers a variety of junk food and junk drinks at a reasonable price. Kids have aChoice of playing basketball to jum. Being acting like Tarzan, swinging on ropes jumping and bouncing off padded walls doing flips. And all kinds of acrobatic wonders balancing beams and such no worries about getting hurt. With all the safety precautions they offer. Not so good at wiping down and sanitizing but how would a person do so with so many people? They offer personal lockers to secure your valuables with locker combinations. Also, it's a necessity to buy/Purchase their socks made for the surfaces within the building safety measure. Used to be named DEFY, but sold. A grown up can easily sit in the comfortable padded relaxing sofa or chain the lounge area and read a book while the children go wild. Every person must agree to a disclaimer Is waver

In the past my daughters had birthday parties at Defy. We loved them. There was someone there putting things together and helping with everything. We enjoyed it so much I decided to do another birthday party for my daughter this year. Everything was different. The customer service was horrible. No one called me to confirm anything. The day of the party was not enjoyable. My daughters got itchy rashes in the trampoline part. The birthday party are was out in the open and we couldn't get in until 1 hour after we got there. The pizza was delivered (which was really bad tasting) and then there was no one to help me. For the money that was spent on it, I would expect a little more than what I got. Would NOT do it again!

Kids had fun! Definitely recommend their membership if you're local and want to go often.

It looks like I get to add to the influx of negative reviews for the Silverdale WA Defy location as of late. We went to this facility last weekend and I was terribly disappointed in our experience. To say it was life changing is an understatement...but in a negative way. It was likely over capacity and there was not enough staff on. If they were, they were likely on their cell phones or hiding somewhere. There was nobody manning the ninja course, zipline or the stunt bag (all of which say wait for an operator on their sign). Therefore, nobody to give instructions to the tons of kids running around without supervision (their rules state no one under 13 without permission). When I tried to use the warped all at the Ninja area, there were 5 or 6 kids all under the age of 10 likely, that were hanging on it and sliding down it from the top like a slide. There were kids running across the zip line bag while people were using the zip line (again, not manned). The life changing part for our family was when my wife jumped off the jump onto the stunt bag, dislocated and broke BOTH of her ankles. Again, nobody at the stunt bag to give instructions or even be there in the event of something like this happening. That is not even the worst part. As I was assisting her, a worker crawled out of the shadows and told me that I needed to MOVE MY WIFE out of the area because he could not close that area down! Clearly more concerned about making sure people could still get to use the stunt bag. Sorry we threw off your mojo man! In addition, he shows up 30 seconds later it seems like and with a clip board and a piece of paper and says he needs to fill out an accident report. The paramedics hadn't even arrived yet. After I stated that I understood his need to get the report done and promised I would come back and get it filled out but now was not the time, he still insisted that it was protocol. Now let's talk about protocol. Trying to follow the rules, of course our cell phones were in our lockers. When my sister ran over to the front desk to ask them to call an ambulance they said it was against their protocol to call an ambulance. What? Really? So then she asked if she could use their phone and call and they told her no. There was fortunately another guest that wasn't jumping and had their phone close and they called. My sister and son tried to get some ice from the kitchen area and nobody was there to help. When my son started behind the counter to get some ice from the soda machine, he was snapped at from an employee coming over to finally get some ice and told he couldn't be back there. I returned a couple of days later to get a copy of this accident report (for my insurance) they were so insistent on get getting and was refused a copy. This same day that I returned, they seemed to have plenty of employees on and dutifully managing stations (with exception of the ninja area) and putting up cones when they walked away or had to do something else. In addition, I took a picture of their sign on the stunt bag obstacle and it was so worn out that it is very likely that one these kids that are allowed to be in the arena without supervision could read it wrong and get hurt. It actually says "DO land on your head". When I asked Taylor, the general manager a few more questions after she refused to give me the accident report she just get saying she couldn't answer any questions. She told me she forwarded the report and the video on to someone for review (I am guessing their corporate office) but wouldn't even give me the name and number of that person to talk too. She said she could take my name, number, email and let them know it was urgent they contact me. Do you think I have heard from them...absolutely not. Our lives have changed. My wife cannot walk and had to have extensive surgery on her ankle. This place does not know how to care for their customers so if you value your safety and well being...don't go!!

Just went to a friends kids party there. The staff was a joke, No customer service, the one person in charge of the party’s was great but she was doing 4 at the same time. The front desk mostly the manager felt like high schoolers that cared more about there phone and joking around on the radios then helping the long line of customers. The facility was good and had a good time but don’t hold your breath trying to get help with anything your in your own.

Not a single employer on the floor making sure kids follow the rules. Employees have been nice but they need someone older in charge. Pizza is good but very $$$$$ soda is 4 dollars for a fountain. Floors are a mess need to be cleaned. This place needs more employees. I thought it was a policy that they have at least one employee on the floor.
