Dang y’all really let this place go. I haven’t been here since I was in high school, but I decided to take my toddler since he likes bouncing. The front desk person seems bothered and unhappy. The whole place is dirty and makes me feel like we are going to get sick lol and we are always visiting new kid friendly places so you have to be realllll bad for us to not come back. Ripped bubbling floor, missing ledge peices, unvacuumed carpets/trampolines and so on. It’s a slow Monday and there’s a bunch of workers yet somehow I haven’t seen any of them. I never change my kid in public restrooms but he needed a diaper change and their koala changer in the women’s large bathroom stall was hanging down broken so I had to prop it up and make it level using my knee to be able to lay my kid down and handle his messy diaper. I feel like I need to wash myself with bleach after this lol, the bathrooms are really gross and need scrubbed top to bottom. Place just overall looks let go and dead. For 25$ for me and my toddler to jump, I’m definitely not coming back. I don’t know how to add photos but if I figure it out I’ll be adding them.

Took my daughter there for the toddler hour from 10-11am. We pulled in around 10:05 and noticed everyone was still in their cars in the parking lot. The workers were late and the place wasn’t even unlocked yet. This caused a massive line when everyone came in all at once. They did extend the toddler jump to make up for lost time, that was nice. Once we got inside, it was bad. By reading over comments you’ll understand how dirty and messy this place is. Slushee cups and trash in the mats really did it for me. But the heat was clearly not working either. Kids were jumping in their winter coats to stay warm. Parents were bundled up in the standing areas. It was FREEZING in there. I found a thermostat at it was 48 degrees inside. What the heck

This location is way better than the Boston Heights/Hudson location. Less crowded and more room for the kids to play, jump and have the parents get involved too. Was there recently for a birthday party on a Saturday 11am-1pm. Everything was ran smoothly and efficiently. The person who was assigned to the party room was on top of everything and got anything we needed immediately. We weren't rushed out of the party room when it was over, like at the other location. My only complaint would be that one of the computers was down to sign the waiver, so there was a bit of a wait in line for that and was hard to connect to their wifi. I had to have a worker help me login. Other than that we'll definitely be back.

My first and my LAST time! We came on a Thursday evening. My 8 and 5 yr old put on their socks and jumped and jumped. As I walked around following them, I noticed how filthy this place was. When I saw my little one climbing the rope I instantly knew she was gonna be sick when I looked at the foam pit. THE FOAM IS DETERIORATING, ITS GROSS! We left after about an hour. I refused to use the public restroom. We came home and all took immediate showers!! The next day my babies came down with fevers and vomiting and diarrhea 🤢 🤕 coincidence? No! As a peds nurse I knew better, I barely get time with my Littles and I just wanted to see them happy. Big mistake bringing them here. If your a mom/dad and reading this STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! 50.00 for them to jump, another 50.00 for Urgent care copay and 150.00 for carpet cleaning of their bedrooms. Thanks Skyzone! 250.00!

Fun environment, of course, but it is either extremely busy or the staff allows a free for all. The free for all is nice because you can kind of do whatever you want, but with little kids, it is dangerous. The bathrooms are usually not too clean. It is fun, but they can definitely do better. Most of the staff are all young kids who don't really care to work and would rather hang out. They need guidance and/or a supervisor, but one supervisor for 10 kids and so many trampoline areas is challenging and unsafe. We have gone twice. Our kids are 5 and 3. The first time was a weekend and it was so busy it wasn't to much fun. Last time we went it was for a birthday and we had fun but there was no staff barely at all and a lot of older kids were going extremely crazy, so if you had smaller kids it was scary. Places like these are hard because they are fun, but they need the right staff.

The kids had fun. Lots of stinky feet and bleeding children but overall the kids enjoyed themselves. I sat in a massage chair while they ran around.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Sky Zone Highland Hts! The hospitality was unmatched and greatly appreciated. They catered to my every need without question and I will be forever grateful for the experience we had for my daughter's 3rd Birthday. Gee, you and your team did an amazing job. (Unicorn Party)

Sadly, after having our child’s 3rd birthday party there with a good age range of kiddos, we were not thrilled. It started with entering the building. The females at the front desk were not smiley or sociable. Definitely not good people to have as the first faces seen for the “BEST BIRTHDAY EVER” place. The confirmation voicemail stated that we could check in 15 minutes early allowing us time to decorate our area as well. Which was not true. Our entire group waited in a jam packed lobby until 10 minutes AFTER our jump time was supposed to have begun. The lobby floor was full of wrappers and other garbage. The women’s bathroom walls had writing on them, the garbage was overflowing onto the ground. Then after about 30 minutes of jumping, we went to our party area to get drink to be told that they are sorry but they are out of ice and unsure when more would be available. Unhappy, we complained and shortly after a pitcher of ice was brought to us. The pizza was not worth the hundreds of dollars that we paid for the party as it was dry, and even the kids did not eat it. The package that we paid for covered all the supplies needed for a party of up to 14 kids, and they gave us enough silverware and cups for about 5-7 kids. I’m glad the kiddos all had fun, but unfortunately the adults were not thrilled from the moment we walked in the door, until the moment we left.

Baseball fields were great. Well maintained and were able to hold water as we played through rain as long as we could. Mu h longer than would normally expect before becomes unplayable. #safetyfirst

Let's start here. I hadn't seen any reviews on the steak and cheese so here you go if you are wondering. Sandwich was fresh. Not the best cheesesteak I've ever had but it was good. I would have liked to have more flavor from the mushrooms and onion
