Sky Zone Trampoline Park - Amusement center in Shawnee - 6495 Quivira Rd, USA

The staff was great, the place was clean and well maintained. We attended a birthday party here and enjoyed it. As a parent, you can stand on the steps or ramp in the middle area and be able to watch more than one kid which is nice when you’re there without your spouse with numerous kiddos. The food is what you’d expect for kids parties lol.

Fun place for kids and adults who love the trampoline, basketball and obstacle course type play. They also have a gaming area, snacks and comfortable seating for those who wanna take rest while the children jump to their hearts content. The first hour was $20 but if you want their 90 minute package out was only $4 more, there were other packages but I didn't take note of those prices. You can buy jumping socks there at a pretty reasonable price with several designs to choose from.

Horrible. Broken furniture to sit on while waiting for the kids. Snack bar is lacking everything, No pizza, nachos or anything hot as advertised, can't even find staff to help you. The ones you can find are teenagers and can't answer any questions or help you. Equipment is dusty and dirty, very unkept. Music playing is very soft and is a toddler Playlist of songs about shapes and colors. Not very fun for anyone over the age of 3? A waste of $130 for my boys to jump for 2 hour's, but we're ready to leave after 30 mins. Would definitely not recommend.

Had a birthday party here for 2 of my children on 12/16/23. I was less than impressed with the entire setup. I purchased the the platinum party package. It is supposed to come with 2 pizzas, drinks, an hour of jump time and 40 minutes of a private party room, free tshirt for the guest of honor( I bought a second one since it was a party for 2) and goody bags for the guests, a party host(who is set up your room if you have decorations and clean up so you can enjoy the party) etc Firstly, when we got there to check in the employees up front ignored us. To be fair it is mostly teenagers so I took it with a grain of salt. We get checked in. Secondly, When it’s time to get to the party room I start decorating to get everything together. The employees don’t offer to help set up at all and leave. I continue setting up.15 minutes go by the employees come back in and I ask them to help me , they did for about 5 minutes when another employee comes in and tells us we’ve been put in the wrong party room. So we start moving our things and the guests things to another room. When we get it all moved and I start decorating a second room they come back in and say it has happened again and moved us to the third room. We get to the last room and I start decorating and setting up for a third time. The party host walks in then and apologizes he’s been finishing up with another party. We end up being rushed the rest of the time even though I spent at least half being moved around and redecorating with no help setting up. I missed the majority my kids party and wasn’t even able to play with them. Thirdly, We did not receive the goody bags or shirts that were apart of the package and that I bought separately. It was honestly all so very disappointing. The host gave $50 off our total which honestly was not much since it’s a pretty pricey package. however, I was willing to pay so I could enjoy my kids party without setting up and cleaning up (which did not happen) I finished and paid bc I did not want to draw attention with my unhappiness bc I didn’t want my kids to think anything was wrong on their birthday. I called and spoke to the manager the next day. He says he’d have to reach out to his supervisor and get back to me. A few hours later an employee called on his behalf to tell me they cannot offer anything besides a few jump passes, goody bags and tshirts that I had already paid for which were never given to us there day of. All this to say that that it is a 40 minute drive I have yet to make. It was a very expensive party and they did not meet the expectations that they’ve set on their site. I really don’t recommend throwing a party here. There are a lot of other options for trampoline parks I’d suggest choosing any other place.

Wish I could put zero stars. My daughter's birthday party was celebrated her on 9/9/23. The party host Andy was so dry, no personality, didn't make the experience warming and inviting. I spent $373 for 2 pizzas and drinks. We still have to go eat somewhere else because the kids are still hungry. I'm highly disappointed & we won't ever do a party here again. I'm pissed we wasted money . No music in the room no type of entertainment, the host was trash & the pizza was mediocre. NEVER again !!

Trampolines need repair and tightening. Only one employee was watching 100+ children/toddlers in a half football size area that was was not clear vision of sight. Inappropriate areas open to toddlers. "Toddler time" should not be 0-7 years of age! Plenty of 10 year olds running around with 1-4 year olds! I won't be returning or recommending this location.

The kids had fun but.. we went on NYE and one of the staff even told me it was WAY less busy than a normal Friday night. We got there at the beginning of Glow and the floors were trashed. The kids were having to keep their feet off the floor because the area to sit and put jump socks on was covered in trash and popcorn. I know everyone is short staffed everywhere but half the time, no one would be up front and people would be waiting 20 mins + at the cash registers/concessions. At one point, a staff member stood and talked to her friends instead of helping guests while other staff were standing in different areas on their phones. The bathrooms were out of soap and toilet paper. Like I said, still fun for the kids but I’m not sure if I would take them back due to how dirty it was. It would be so easy for anyone to steal whatever they wanted from behind the counter as well as no one is there.

This place is ran by teenagers, who have no answers, no smiles, and no clue what they are doing. They are pros at disappearing and rolling their eyes. Broken equipment, filthy bathrooms, floors were filthy, no menu items and claimed they were out of pizza, and it was the afternoon. I will not recommend this business, in anyway shape or form, nor will we ever set foot in another skyzone. Maybe corporate should stop hiring incompetent children and actually hire employees who will take care of the customers and the business.
