Rate online was listed as $89 but upon arrival was told the rate was actually $180. Asked for non smoking room; room stunk like stale cigarettes. Walls are paper thin. Woman who checked us in had zero customer service skills. Was annoyed when I asked for two beds because my adult son was staying with me. Also got chastised in the morning for looking for coffee not realizing they don't allow more than one person in the office. There was no coffee available and I had to go get one elsewhere. Will never stay there again and definitely wasted my money. For the same price can stay at a decent place just with a bit more of a drive for my needs.

Overall, great experience. Has the jacuzzi room and is was amazing to see that the jacuzzi was is in its own little room with its own tv. Hospitality was friendly and prompt with any requests. Will be coming back again!

Positive: Customer service , comfortable bed, reasonable cost. Everything we used worked, fridge, shower, AC, did not use/try microwave. Easy check in check out. Good Pizza and real good breakfast places nearby. Fifteen minutes or less to get to Providence. Negative: It's an old hotel so who wouldn't wish it was newer, however it is maintained therefore the reasonable cost and basic value I look for when traveling. The room is to sleep not a destination. Negative: ""

Positive: I was able to book this room last minute. The hot tub in the room was AMAZING. I truly wish I could have stayed all week! Negative: I didn¿t like that there were no blinds on the windows. Being on floor level, it was a bit creepy. Negative: ""

We stayed here for 10 days. The room was very humid even with though we had the air on. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels and anything else we needed. If we wanted our room cleaned we had to ask the night before. The room has a strong smell of smoke. The toilet didn’t sit right on the floor and every time we used it you felt like you were going to fall off. The lights over the beds were so bright you almost had to wear sunglasses. The location was convenient for us but it was really hard to pull in and out onto the main road. This was non-refundable. Definitely never going back.

Paid $200 for the room with the jetted tub, Tub was clean, looked up and gum was stuck to the wall. Bathroom door had blood stain. Sheets had blood stains and under mattress protector. Pillows had hair on it. Checked in at 5pm checked out at 9pm. Waste of $200. Couldn’t even get a refund. Horrible

Very nice, great location. Quite rooms.
