Sky Hotel Flushing - Featured Reviews (180)
My stay at Sky Hotel with my friend was fantastic. The stylish rooms and stunning views made our visit memorable. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and the staff provided exceptional service. We loved the vibrant atmosphere and convenient location. It’s a perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway!
Not too bad. I am usually armed, so I felt safe. But I have stayed in nicer places. Especially in Provence. It’s very dog friendly!!
If I could give less than one star I would. We were looking for a hotel close to airport because our flight was cancelled. This was in the price range that wasn’t astronomical and fairly close to airport. Was the most sketchy hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Noise all night, doors slamming, smelled terrible. Sloping bed that was super uncomfortable. We got no sleep and bathroom was dirty. I don’t know what place these others are reviewing but it’s not this hotel. Paid way too much for what it served. Go somewhere else.
Positive: The staff was helpful Negative: There were roaches in the first room. The walls were filthy in the second room they gave me. I felt like I had to clean the room before I could sleep in it. The microwave and fridge were both gross and the window unit needed its filter cleaned.
The service for the hotel has been very helpful and kind when checking in. The problem lies within the rooms itself. The phones that the room has aren’t working and there were cockroaches infesting the rooms. I have been in rooms where it was spotless, no sighting of any cockroaches and the A/C would be working. Other rooms though, their AC would not be working yet no sign of cockroaches. They don’t keep the same standard to all their rooms.
I called the front desk of the situation and they were willing to change rooms. Very efficient with it as well (helpful that the hotel wasn’t completely full). The new room was better cleanliness wise but I did spot a cockroach— cannot be avoided, once you see one, it’s obvious they will be all over.
The location itself is very good, right next to Tangram Mall where the movie theater is at and the Gatcha arcade. Its near restaurants and cafes so you’ll have a wonderful time exploring the food options. If you’re gonna be here for a day trip, then use the hotel but if you’re doing overnight, go elsewhere.
Great place to stay near LaGuardia. Friendly and helpful staff made my stay quite enjoyable! Highly recommended!
Positive: They charged me double with out my permission and now I?m during with their finance department. Negative: Room has roaches
Showed up at 6pm and the front desk said that since I didn’t show up at 3pm (the check in time) my room wasn’t ready and they have to clean it??? I had to wait 45 min to get a room and to be honest I don’t even know if they cleaned it. Avoid if possible
We loved everything about this hotel. The room, the location, the staff. If ever back in NYC, we definitely come here again. It's a 45-50 minutes metro ride to the city center. The bus station is right in front of the hotel. There are shops and resta
I am currently working with Deirdre Folan on a real estate transaction, and I'm impressed with how she's handled the challenges we've faced. Deirdre's ability to overcome obstacles and keep the transaction on track has been invaluable. Her expertise
