Stopped in on a whim not knowing much about the place, what a great decision. The bartender was lively and full of knowledge on the drafts and menu options. The specialty drink menu had so many options and the food look med and tasted delicious! The place was small but full of energy. Prices were right on part with quality and portions. Unfortunately the food was gone before I had a chance to show it off.

I live in town and wanted to try the newest Sky Hi ownership. So happy to see this place has brought back the scratch kitchen that this was known for originally. The Cubano was made with both homemade sous vide pork loin and homemade smoked ham all sliced fresh in their kitchen. Layered with whole grain mustard, pickles, mayo, and swiss cheese on soft ciabatta bread. It was really good. Curry pasta with raisins, almonds, roasted red peppers, and spinach topped with parmesan was super tasty and comforting on this windy Friday night. I chatted with the bartender who was very nice and attentive. She let me know they make everything they can in house from scratch including all the sauces, salad dressings, and desserts. After hearing that, I knew I had to get a desert to try - you know, for research. Got the seasonal pumpkin carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream and fig caramel. Wow. At first I was like 'this is so small' but honestly it was the PERFECT size for two people. The whole dish was made with such love, sweetness, and flavor that a couple bites for each of us satisfied the sweet tooth without wishing for a bigger portion. Welcome back to Amesbury, Sky Hi! I have gone here twice in 2 days that's how much I like it/ wanted to try different menu items.. I enjoy sitting outside. I really liked the wagyu burger and adult juice boxes! The food is fresh and I know because I ordered a watermelon mint lemonade and saw the person go to the garden and grab the mint!!! I was so excited. Definitely come back and try other things.

Their drinks are unique and delicious. I love their sweet potato chips and crispy fried chicken. Their buffalo sauce is excellent. They are still building their menu right now and I expect great things and wish for cheese sauce as I once had in this location.

This is a hip, quirky little spot. It's bigger than it looks from the outside but still pleasantly cozy, it's got a nice big bar with lots of seats and plenty of booths as well. They've got a decent selection of house cocktails and beer plus fun appetizers that are really tasty and pretty unique- the menu describes it as comfort food with a twist. (The rest of the menu also looked delicious but we were in pretty late and the kitchen closes at 11)

What a great evening spent here! The bartender was very friendly and made a great cider recommendation. My chicken sandwich was delicious--great portion size and sauce flavors. The carrot cake trifle was small but packed a lot of flavor and was a great endnote to a great time. The atmosphere was nice for an evening out and a good volume for conversation even as the seats filled to capacity. I would definitely recommend!

I love this place and would call it an upscale dive. Trina's is like a mullet: business up front (food & bar) and a party in the back (pinball and video games) Great burgers, dogs, and comfort food, and the kitchen is open later than anywhere else in town! They have great cocktails and beer selection as well. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

If you like late night night food, good beers, hot dogs, mac&cheese, pinball machines and have a taste in music, this place is for you! The atmosphere is loud and fun. You can expect to hear everything from Bruno Mars to Queen playing on the track list. The appetizers are priced accordingly so that you don't feel bad splitting them and trying something new with the table. The Mac&Cheese is amazing with just the right blend of cheeses and the hot dogs are everything you would expect them to be. The service is something Trina's must strive for because they checked in often making sure my beer glass was never empty and my dinner was just right. Excellent addition to Amesbury!
