Sky Club Supper Club - Steak house in Plover - 2202 Post Rd, USA

We are in the area doing the Mammoth Challenge hiking the Ice Age Trail. And luckily came upon this place. Food and the service were excellent. We will definitely be coming back here when in area.

Nice supper club. Salad bar (only missing pickled herring) had nice options, no relish tray. Service was top notch. Prime rib was tender with good flavor. Dessert tray had many options. Neopolitan dessert was very tasty.

If you’ve heard rumors that this restaurant has gone down-hill, believe it!! We made a reservation for New Year’s Eve. The menu was reduced to only their most expensive items for the occasion. This was not mentioned on their website, when I called to make a reservation, or when we arrived. Once we were seated we were presented with a menu that consisted of incredibly pricey steak, seafood, or chicken Alfredo. I got the chicken Alfredo and it was incredibly dry. The salad bar was a mess! Nothing was labeled and there was no clear start/end. Everyone at the salad bar was helping each other guess what the different items were. My husband got fish and he said the only thing he tasted as garlic. We were seated at tables and chairs that looked and smelled like they had been sitting in a storage unit for a year or so. It was over $80 for the two of us to eat and it was not worth it.

The service was great. The old fashioned was very good. My wife enjoyed her new york strip. The reason for 3 stars is because the Prime rib was a disappointment.

We were able to get in early on a Saturday. They were very busy. Ordered prime rib and Walleye. Meals were very good, good sized portions cooked to order. Besides having a wait for our 2nd drink order to arrive, we had a positive experience. I would recommend and will visit again.

First off, I will say it's not cheap. But you're definitely getting what you're paying for. The food is superb, and the service is over the top and sometimes entertaining. The atmosphere is set depending on the number of people in your group. It's very good whether you're a couple out dining or a group of 9 or more in a separate room. I definitely recommend dining here.

Like stepping back in time to when clubs were everywhere. Great bar, strong drinks, great service and my walleye was excellent. Salad bar is a little dated however I will come back again just for the cheese curds!

We both had a great meal and the atmosphere was top notch.
