I have been waiting weeks for assistance with even getting one item synced across platforms. After 3 emails, a facebook message, post comments I still havent managed to attract their attention. I will not be proceeding further than my free trial at this point. I have gone without ecommerce income for the 3 weeks I have been waiting for their response. This has done nothing but cost me money.

I really want to be able to love this app, I like the interface and the reports. But I have to give one star because the connection between POS and E-Commerce is way too buggy and unreliable, to the point of being fraudulent. I invested in this product to sync my inventories between Square and Shopify. It works well with the Shopify side, but the Square side is highly defective. Instead of overwriting inventory, 75% of the time it either adds to the current quantity (therefore inflating the inventory) or just does not transmit any info at all. This would then overwrite my Shopify inventory with the wrong information. I've been spending 1-2 hours a week fixing the mistakes SKUIQ was causing. I spent almost a month trying to get assistance from SKUIQ but they only have a live chat that can fix small issues and if you want to escalate to a ticket expect a week for a response minimum. They cannot solve the issue but refuse to refund me for the annual subscription paid despite the fact the product does not do the service advertised. Stop claiming to work with Square POS. Your software does not interface properly with its API.

My experiences weren't all bad, however, the negative greatly outweighed the positive in this purchase. I wanted to integrate my Square POS with my WIX website. Trying to keep two running inventories was wearing thin. When I first got the app, I had my IT person set it up for me. It seemed to be doing what I needed it to do, but I did find after a couple of months that I had to start going in to change stock levels as it wasn't syncing properly. It was so random! Then things started disappearing from my POS. Then from my WIX website! It's difficult enough running a business, but having a system say something is in stock, when you don't have any, means you have to make more. In my business, sometimes it's not that easy. I dislike having my customers unhappy, so I tried to keep up with the issue that SKUiq was causing. I contacted support, and it took weeks for them to answer. Asking me for screenshots etc. I don't have time to sit there when my website is wrong, I have to fix it immediately. Super unimpressed with the response time. I let it go for another month, but I shouldn't have. My Christmas rush is large, very overwhelming as an e-commerce. This is when items I'd just created, weren't even there. Or items that I'd created when I opened my e-commerce 3 years ago, completely disappeared. All of my reports from my WIX website with them. If the item doesn't exist, I can't read the sales. It was a catastrophe. I had to try and contact again, but being behind the 8-ball, the response time again wasn't great. I ended up stopping sync and cancelling my membership. Maybe it works better between other POS and sites, it just didn't do it for mine unless it was fairly quiet. Throughout the time I had SKUiq, I never trusted that it was actually syncing my inventory correctly. To pay for a product that you have to trust is working correctly is ok.. when it actually works correctly. Near the end, I had to create a product in my website, it would load to sku, and then I had to tweak it in my POS, and sometimes I'd have to actually create it in there too as it wouldn't even sync. Super disappointed and customer service was very cut and paste with their approach and no help whatsoever. Maybe I was a one of, and it works better for others, it just couldn't seem to keep up the pace. To be fair, I may give it a go at some point in time again.

SKU IQ is great for syncing a Shopify website with Square point of sale. I haven't had any issues while syncing inventory. Occasionally I will experience a slight delay before I see products reflected onto point of sale system. This app is 100% worth the cost saves a ton of time!

SKUIQ has been a great service to synchronize our woocommerce setup with clover. Customer service is great and they move quickly and are always glad to help. Haven't had any issues and makes our life so much easier.

My experience wit SKU IQ has been excellent! The platform works pretty well and it's easy to use. But the best part is their customer service. Jorge is very helpful and was able to bring all my products over to Wix very quickly

HORRRRIBLE DO NOT USE!!!!!!! I recently opened up a new store and integrated SKUIQ to sync my Shopify and Square register, but in being so swamped I was not able to give it a go right away. Now 2 months later - I PAID FOR A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION, I am being told their "terms" are only 30 days and no refunds....ummmm excuse me? How can you not refund someone that just paid $600 CAN for the year and could not even use it. Brutal customer service, my inventory does not sync... Another thing that it says in their terms is that just by using a credit card to pay you agree to them....again ummmmm?? Pretty fraudulent to me, I have put in a claim with my bank, but who knows
