I found this service by chance. My husband and I decided we were going to clean our carpets last minute. I googled where to rent carpet cleaners and Skipti came up. I was able to reserve the machine for the very next morning at 9:00 am. Everything we needed was delivered to our door and picked up promptly the next day. The machine was in great shape and worked awesome. Communication regarding rental confirmation and pick-up times was excellent. We will absolutely look to this service again!

Setting up an appointment was quick and painless and the overall delivery was on time for both drop off and pick up. Had an awesome experience having a Rug Doctor Pro delivered to our 3rd floor apartment in Denver, CO! Customer service was excellent and Kyle, our delivery and pick up driver, was great as well. He found our place right away! I really liked getting a text message 15-20 min before delivery and pick up. The equipment was like new and our carpets look just like they did when we moved in. We will be renting from Skipti several times a year from now on!
Fast, easy, and convenient without additional fees! I needed to rent a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner and was very surprised to learn I could have the unit dropped off and picked up at my house for no additional cost. I was able to rent the unit and schedule the delivery for the same day within a couple of hours. The delivery and pickup was well coordinated and easy. Will use this service again as they offer many items to rent.
I recently rented a Rug Doctor to clean my carpets. When searching the web, I found out I could have it delivered and picked up using Skipti. This was appealing to me since I have a small car.
The machine was in great condition and clean (I’ve rented ones before that were much worse with poor suction).
The delivery and pick-up were very easy and the drivers were friendly and on-time in a 1-hour delivery window.
Overall it was a great experience and I would use Skipti again for this or other rental needs.
My driver who dropped off the carpet cleaner was nice, on time and very willing to explain to me how to use the product . The carpet cleaner itself was very easy to use and it’s very convenient to have them drop off and pick up. They also follow up with you afterwards to see how your experience was, very good customer service! I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a good deal and reliable carpet cleaner! I have a two level town home and was able to finish in the 24 hour time frame which was soooooooo nice lol
I was needing to clean my carpet but was not able to go pick up a machine. We all know that time and convenience is essential right now. I stumbled across Skipti when, in mid-project, I decided I needed to clean the carpet of the room I was reorganizing. I hopped online to see if there was a way to tell if any carpet cleaner rental places near me had any in stock on a busy weekend afternoon, and up popped Skipti. Not only would they deliver it to me, they would do so within a couple of hours. Done! That meant I could keep working rather than spending who knows how long driving around trying to find one. My driver communicated as he was on his way and when he arrived. The machine and all attachments and cleaning solution were provided and in great working shape. I finished my project, and he came back to pick it up the next morning. This is such a great service. And the price is very reasonable too.
