If you're wondering, THIS is the Ski 'N See you want to go to. Great selection and tune-up shop. The staff here are simply more helpful than the other three locations we visited on the same day. We found Tom here. He obviously loves his job. It was great to be helped by someone who can quickly understand what type of skier you are, and give you options to think about as you look at different skis, boots and bindings. THere's no way the average skier could understand as much as there is to know about all this in order to make a good decision. We know where we're going for new gear, tune-ups and repairs.

Local experts are helpful and honest in their opinions. I trust these clerks because they have ski goggle tan lines and clearly use their own products. :) This is a locally owned and operated store, so I like supporting the community I stead of big corporations that only care about numbers instead of people.

Friendly staff awesome self check In on the computers quality service and a decent selection for your ski needs. Not bad at all. Sometimes you will get stuck waiting beyond a ton of rentals to just drop things off for a tune but it’s most likely quicker to wait for them to get their boots and stuff than it is to drive somewhere else. Would be solid if they had one kiosk or person dealing with non rentals because it takes one 30 seconds to drop off skis for a tune or mount vs someone trying on season rental boots etc.

Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful when I have rented from here. Reasonable prices and I appreciate the discounts for renting in advance. Overall I would recommend this place for ski rentals!

Lee is the Store Manager and his customer service, professionalism and knowledge of the ski equipment and placement per skier level is superb. Not only this, but he has a tight crew and all of them admire him and seem to be proud to be there and also work for him. This and the quality of products, skis and gear is what won me as a new customer. After two years being away from the slopes, Arcs Ski & Board helped me choose a great ski package at an amazing price and quality. The boot was gently used, warm and extremely comfortable, the Solomon Skis were perfect and helped me glide and gain confidence in my refresher course easily. I am a bit late in the season but these guys have great deals and gear. But for now since I do not own my gear I will continue to come here for my future slopes rentals! Thanks!

Last season, I demoed several pairs of skis and bought a new pair that I liked best. This season, they repaired the core-shot that I put in the new pair. I have worked with probably 8 employees and managers in this time. It is incredible how knowledgable they each have been AND know when they don't know something and get someone who does. The rewards program is generous as well. Next season, I think I will get new boots there. Awesome store!

Super quick and friendly customer service with amazing demo rental gear. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was after making an online reservation and indicating my specific ski preference. If I rent again around the SLC area, I'll be coming back here or one of their other locations.
