Skate plaza was a great place to host a birthday party for a bunch of people in their 20s. They were so nice and accommodating. There were various parties going on and they were always available is we needed something by chance. Would recommend for a different kind of birthday for adults

The plaza is fantastic. It's a great place to go out and have some fun as well as bring your kids. My only real gripe was that while I was visiting the individual I dealt with behind the counter seemed more interested in his girlfriend standing in the corner than helping customers. If I had to list one other thing it would be that based on my experience of needing to describe my shoes and their potential location in an area I have no access to.. there seems to be no easy or reliable tracking system for specific blades/skates rented vs their designated location. It would be really nice to at the very least know that if I'm required to give up my shoes until skates are returned that someone couldn't walk up with $5 Walmart shoes, rent some skates, come back ten minutes later then claim that my $300 boots belonged to them. Maybe there is a tracking system of skates rented vs shoe storage but it is absolutely NOT being used. The business is fantastic. The experience is great. The employees are courteous and obviously experienced in skating. But whoever manages this business needs to lock down the rental end of things to be much more secure. It is incredibly ripe for abuse/theft.

Took the kids there a few times in the last year. They had a lot of fun. I remember having birthday parties there in the 90s. There could be some better seating for parents around the rink (more comfortable), and the outside is pretty run down. I don't know about the music complaints. I didn't notice any weird Christian music.

I loved coming here as a kid and I think the new owners did a good job on renovating the inside. With that being said, it was frustrating that numerous games did not work. Balls would not disburse from the skee ball machine, pin balls missing from another machine, puck would not disburse from the air hockey table, game said we won a prize yet nothing was disbursed. When we went to the counter to order food, we requested 3 slices of pizza. We were told they do not have sliced pizza right now, even though it was on the menu. We said ok, we'll take a whole pizza and we were told there were 4 birthdays and they were not doing pizzas for other groups right now. I wanted to love it there and take my kids to skate, like I used too growing up. Unfortunately, with as many issues as we had, we will not be back.

I love taking my Daughter to this place. Great choice of music and I love that they throw worship songs in the mix. great affordable family fun place.

Nice and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. The kids always have fun here. I do wish they would play a wider variety of music-add some Disney, country, or something. Overall a fun place for the whole family.

We had our kids Birthday party here and they were fantastic. They worked with us on ensuring we kept the cost down as we had a very large group of adults and kids skating and were very accommodating!

The facility was fine, decent rink and amenities however the staff were not friendly they were like someone who's worked a 16 hour shift and also all of the rental equipment was either outdated or worn out
