Positive: The front desk lady was decent and kind she tried her best Negative: Hotel room had not been cleaned. They?ve had to move me rooms. Second room was just as dirty in the bathroom did not drain. I had to go out by my own cleaning supplies and clean the shower and tub and drain the sink and clean And remove a layer of grime.

Positive: Nice size of room. Double beds. Quite clean. Proximity to stores and restaurants. Relatively quiet. Staff seem to have placed us in a room not too close to neighbours that could have been noisy. Very nice breakfast with good variety. Negative: There was some traffic and train whistle noise, exacerbated by the window that could not be closed fully because the frame was not square. Coffee pot didn?t work.

Positive: SO CLEAN: from the toilet handle (that needed a jiggle) to the (bit worn) carpet? even the filter in the efficient A/C. Not fancy but very CLEAN. Great beds, SOFT towels, window fully opens, comfy chair, roomy fridge, TV swivels! Great staff, good b'fast. Negative: ""

Friendly staff at check in. Room decent for price. The normal “don’t take breakfast food out of breakfast room”. HOWEVER-it was full, solo female traveler would have had to share a table, small room full, all men, covid still going around. I politely asked about exception - NO!! So no breakfast before work for me. Clearly won’t stay there again and am in area weekly.

Positive: Bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. Negative: Hotel was run down and shabby. Hairs on floor of bathroom. Shower faucet handle had been broken and badly repaired. Stains on carpet. Doors and trim marked and scratched. Elevator permit had expired. Popcorn all over the floor of the lobby.

Positive: Very good bed and spacious room. The room smelled good and clean. I liked that you could open the window. Negative: The hallways and elevator were tired and dated not making a good impression. Also, the breakfast was very disappointing. Rubbery eggs, overdone sausage and dry tasteless hashbrowns. The waffles were borderline. Coffee was very weak also.

Dirty! This hotel came with a cheap price so I shouldn't be surprised. They definitely have not cleaned the floors in a very long time. Bathroom was dirty, toilet wouldn't stop running, the shower/tub had not been scrubbed in months. Everything just felt gross to the touch. Didn't even feel good about the sheets. Even the lobby was kinda gross when you walked in. No one seems to care about the state of this property. You should skip this property.

This is a great location. I booked late, so I was appreciative of finding a place. Breakfast room was clean with many options. But overall this was not a great stay. Rooms dirty & dated, carpets disgusting. Parking lot sketchy, including broken glass all over. The convention center must double as a night club.. because both nights I was here there were parties that went all night. VERY loud! People outside of the hotel & convention center continuing the party well after 2:00am. People coming in and out, running down the hallways of the hotel. Yelling, cheering, etc. Hotel staff did nothing to help the guests that were not partying by asking them to keep it down. Or requiring a reasonable time to end celebrations.
