Came here on a first date and it was absolutely a great setting. I believe the rooftop was closed because it had been chilly. The drinks were delicious and the food was yummy too. Our server was kind, offered great suggestions, and attentive. I would definitely come back again. Oh btw the salt and pepper wings and drunken noodles are superb 👌🏾

I only come here for the chicken bao buns and just recently tried the skirt steak bao buns. If there’s one thing you should order, please let it be the chicken bao buns!! It’s so filling and texturally so perfect. You have the crunchy fried chicken, paired with the spicy mayo and pickled vegetables. Chefs kiss. It also pairs so perfectly with whatever drink you decide on. My friends and I also like to order the Korean asada fries as a snack to share. Honestly, most of the menu is centered around family style. The other dishes are tasty, but let’s be real - the bao buns are the star of the show.

This was our first time here. Downstairs had happy hour, the rooftop was regular priced menu. Food and drinks were good. Portion sizes were decent. No one sent food back so that’s a good sign lol

My girlfriend and I stopped in on a whim for a quick lunch date. The downstairs feels a little underwhelming, but do not let that deter you from taking a trip upstairs. Once you walk out of the elevator, you step into a rooftop getaway with a one of a kind view of Normal Heights. Spacious with outstanding music, it has a laid back vibe that doesn’t try too hard to be trendy. Service was excellent. The calamari, ribs, and lettuce tacos were all phenomenal. We each had the Boom Roasted drink, which typically comes hot but they made it for us over ice, and it was an excellent complement to lunch. Really nothing bad to say about the place. Kinda limited menu, but everything we ordered was delicious.

They mailed on our cocktails. Very creative and tasty. I think they're still getting the kitchen up to speed. Really liked the salt-n-pepper duck wings, the salmon was good, and the king pow burger seemed phoned-in. I'm a pretty serious burger guy so may be more critical than most. Thicker burger would have been better and they relied on the sauce to carry the day. Will definitely go back.

Loved this cute rooftop bar! Fun for date night or a girls night out! Drinks were fantastic and the food was yummy! Will definitely come again! Pro tip: go around sunset to get a beautiful view of San Diego

First of all, forget everything you think you know about "ska." The interior has a vaguely Asian theme, with Buddha imagery. It's very nice. For music, I heard Sly and the Family Stone, EWF, Heatwave, and Steely Dan. Nothing that sounded like a punk band trying to play reggae. The drinks are outstanding. You can tell this is a place that takes pride in making a good mixed drink, and they're good at it. Food mostly good. I loved the tomato soup with basil. The cheese sauce on the macaroni was garbage; it seemed like it probably came from a tube or a powder, not a mixture of freshly cut cheeses. But the jalapeño and chives and drizzle and pork sausages go a long way toward redemption. Great service at the bar. Good variety of liquors. Adequate bathrooms.
