Just returned from a mother/adult daughter getaway for 6 nights here. I highly considered splurging on one of the higher end hotels in the area and so glad I settled here. That gave us a bigger budget for restaurants and shopping, which were all a super convenient walk from this area. | We had a king suite - bedroom was very small, as was the bath, but its nice to have that separate living area, which was of decent size. Room decor is a bit tired and dated, but was clean and quiet with housekeeping service on point. We were in room 501 which was at back end of building and noise was never a factor. Best part of hotel is that 2-level rooftop, where I spent a lot of my hotel time enjoying peaceful sun rises and sun sets. |Lastly, what makes this hotel special is it's staff. Everyone I encountered was extremely polite. I was greeted and welcomed by both bellstand and front desk with each entrance and exit. It seems many nice hotel front desk staff no longer acknowledge this now. The rooftop cleaners, attendants and bar staff were all just as kind also.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms - location is amazing! You do not need a car for Rodeo Drive and all of the amazing restaurants in the area. ||Has a pool with great pool deck and restaurant. Small, but really nice! ||Restaurant on premises - great service and quality food. ||Staff is so friendly too - everyone we encountered! ||Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel is dated, faded, and aged. Suites have one sink, poor lighting, and unreachable plugs for electronics at the desks. The snacks are poor quality and their coffee is Kureg. Roof top bar is fun and interesting selection of wines. Service is attentive and pleasant. For the price the value is poor especially for this neighborhood.

We booked two nights at the Sixty Beverly Hills for a first time trip to LA. Two weeks before check in I received an email from the assistant front office manager letting us know they were upgrading our room to a king suite because they oversold our room type. I replied back with no response so I called and confirmed that our room was in fact upgraded. Our room did not end up being upgraded, which is fine but I did let the front desk know that we were looking forward to the upgrade and were disappointed. They apologized and offered many excuses to explain the mix up but were not super helpful or professional. They were doing construction outside of the hotel at night, which made it difficult to get dropped off at the entrance. The room was pretty clean, but dingy and dark. Rusty pipes, chipped paint, loose sink faucet and fixtures, weak water pressure, needs updating and our view overlooked a parking lot. Other than the construction, the location was good. The roof top pool was nice with a great view, however the lounge chairs were super short and not very comfortable. Beware if you order anything from the restaurant or roof top bar they include gratuity and don't tell you. Lastly, we checked out super early in the morning and needed help with payment, but no one was at the front desk. Someone shouted from the back office and we had to convince him to come out to assist us. The check out process was lengthy and our ride was waiting for us. Overall not a great experience.

10/10 from the room, location, hospitality, customer service. The staff made me feel at home with any request I needed. They put me and my wife’s needs first and even helped with recommendations on where to go visit/Eat. The valet staff is superb as well as the cleaning staff. I would highly recommend this hotel

The bad points: - The front desk girl was on her phone when I arrived. - My room was not upgraded but should have upon availability. - The frond desk girl forgot to give me back my passport. - My name was not written well on my welcome enveloppe. - The front desk manager was cold as ice. - There was no hot water in the room until I asked for service. - A part of the shade was falling until I asked for service. -And to finish, there was a mistake for the $100 credit with American Express. The team only gave me $70 and found the error to credit me back following the spendings at the hotel. The good points: - The location is great and is in the center of Beverly Hills. - The rooftop pool is very nice with an outstanding view of LA. - The food is good. - The employees at the pool are very nice.

Stayed for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The location is very convenient near some great restaurants and shopping. Whilshire Blvd can be a little noisy, but this did not bother us. Immediately behind the hotel is Beverly Hills residential, very peaceful and great for walking. The roof pool and bar are fabulous and so are the views; we made the most of it. Ella restaurant is lovely too, we had breakfast there twice and enjoyed it. The staff were fantastic; providing friendly, professional and seamless service. Our room (2 x double beds) and bathroom were fresh and clean. The only thing I did not like was that the door (for a connecting room) was paper thin and we could hear everything. A very cool hotel. Look forward to coming back.
