Ugh to say that I’m disappointed is an understatement. We came to this hotel in 2023 same time and we had an amazing continental breakfast included. Now in 2024, when checking in we weren’t told that breakfast was from 7-9AM and had lousy choices of danish, coffee, yogurt, milk or chocolate milk. They “ran out” of cereal for the past 2 days so who knows when and if it’ll ever come back. We stayed 6 nights 7 days and ended up having to go to Walmart and buy some quick breaks fast snacks. We have 2 kids aged 1 and a half and 3 and you can only imagine their reaction when they saw the choices they had for breakfast. You have the option to pay for a small all you can eat breakfast for $15.99 which doesn’t have many choices to begin with. The tall tale Tavern restaurant isn’t even that good, I’m hoping for them that this new restaurant they are opening will be much better. Anyways onto the water park, it’s 3 times we go and there is no towels available the excuse is there are many people that come and use the towels. We kept checking back every 2 hours and still no towels so I had to send my husband upstairs to get them each visit. Lifeguards on the other hand are very aware, super friendly no bad comments on that. One thing to keep in mind is you’re paying almost $300 (CAD) a night to stay at this place for a mediocre room and beds aren’t that comfortable, so if you’re looking to save some money I would suggest going to another hotel which has breakfast included and is way more comfortable, and pay for the water park if your kids ever want to go for how many days you want, that is definitely what we will be doing on our next trip to Lake George. Also if you’re staying longer than 3 nights and need your bed refreshed you need to call the front desk and consider yourself lucky if it gets done in a timely manner.

We love Six Flags Lodge and Waterpark. We live its proximity to lake George with so many great activities. And the indoor waterpark and outdoor park are great!! My kids have the time of their life’s when we go all for a reasonable price compared to other resorts. The staff are always attentive and hospitable, always ensuring our stay is outstanding. If you haven’t been try it out you won’t regret it!!!

Staff was pleasant and cost was good considering that it included tickets to Great Escape. I would not consider the indoor waterpark "massive" but it was nice. Unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 tube slides were closed when we were there. Also, there were no towels for guests for the hours we spent there. The rooms have not been updated based on a past visit and could use a good carpet clean. The TV broke twice, called the front desk both times. The first time it was fixed (guy was very nice) and no one came the second time. They do not service the room while you are there which didn't bother us because it felt more secure with no one in the room while you are not there. What you do is leave a checklist of what you need outside your door and they leave the items there for your return. The first day was good and we got our items. The second day we didn't get anything we needed. They didn't even pick up the checklist. No towels to take a shower, no toilet paper, no tissues, no cups for drinks. Given this along with the TV issue we left early the night before our check out. Most likely will not stay here again.

I am currently on night 1 of staying here, the rooms are super clean, bathrooms everything are very clean, the hotel is amazing and the water park is super fun, there are no issues, the fridge keeps everything cold, the shower works perfectly, no dust or anything but the rooms are very echoey so you can't be super loud, I love how there is a completely different bedroom and bathroom made for like kids kinda, love this hotel and going to the park tomorrow, both of the arcades are very big, although the bathroom door is a little hard to close and we had to body slam it to close it and the lock didn't work that well. 100% would recommend. walking around this hotel was so fun. we stayed out walking around for like 30 minutes. there's a Starbucks and everything.

PLEASE READ AS THIS IS REVIEW OF THE INDOOR WATER PARK ONLY, NOT THE LODGE OR OUTSIDE PARKS. I gave 5 stars as my family including my two kids, wife and group of friends with their kids had a great experience. BE PREPARED TO SPEND MONEY. Parking is $35 and a far walk, unless you pay more for preferred parking which is directly behind the waterpark building. For food, spent $69 for 2 diet cokes, 1 chicken tender w/fries, 2 hot dogs w/fries, and a pizza (which was 2 small slices). Quality of the food was good enough but portion sizes are definitely smaller than average. There is an hour and 15 minute break between 1:00-2:15pm where the park is closed (that’s when we got our food). It’s a smaller kitchen so when everybody orders at once, it does get backed up making the wait feel worse since you’ve built up an appetite from running around. The park otherwise is well staffed and friendly even in the stressful situations they’re put in. Understand that the lifeguards have an important job, they take it seriously, and are strict as they should be, to keep everyone including your kids, safe. It’s an obvious number 1 priority. The parents who I witnessed get mad at the lifeguards, were the ones who didn’t intervene, NOT EVEN ONCE, to their child’s poor behavior after lifeguards blew the whistle and gave verbal warnings. Overall, the condition of the place is good, not perfect but don’t expect perfection here. Just behave, follow the rules, everyone will be safe, have a fun time, and the positive experience and memories you will share with your kids makes it worth every penny.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. I understand there are kids in and out but the cheerios that were on the floor in the hallway when we checked in where still there when we checked out 2 days later. We checked out a day early. The floor at the Tall Tales Tavern was very dirty and the food was sub par. Had to wipe off table there. I dusted our furniture in the room. The headboard had a coating of dust on it. The TV had lights shining through, something was wrong with it. The lamp in the sleeping area had the bilb on the socket laying sideways. I told the front desk. Maintenance guys came, brought a smaller TV but revealed the TV we had came from another room that had complained. The guy " fixed" the lamp by jamming it in the holder. I was afraid to use it. We had neighbors on the 2nd night that let their little girls start running and screaming at 9 at night. They were throwing themselves against the walls and off the beds and couch. But quiet hour doesn't start until 11 pm so nothing we could do. They do not have black out curtains that go across the whole window so had lights from the parking lot all night. The sheers don't help at all. Didn't even offer flavored creamers for their coffee or dairy alternative milk for the cereal. The "free" breakfast consisted of coffee, cereal bowls, fruit, milk or chocolate milk and yogurt. Again, no dairy alternative . Pastries that weren't even up to Little Debbie quality. Very disappointing stay. Expected much more for the price.

We had a midnight check-in on a Friday night as plans at another hotel in Queensbury fell through. |We've been at the Lodge with our family (three daughters) when they were much younger, and we decided to spend the night as we were travelling from Montreal to NYC.|Very few changes to the premises since the last time we visited.|What struck me was the wonderful reception we received by Damien at the front desk and the supervisor Jason. This sort of customer service was something we have witnessed at Disney. It's wonderful to experience attention from staff who really seem committed to making guests feel welcome and special. Thank you - we will be back for sure!

We spent one night. The first evening no towels, and the next morning right when it opens no towels. My 6 year old got very bored quickly as all the big tube slides were closed. The lifeguard said I think they'll be open after lunch. They were too bored to wait. Dissapointing. The included breakfast was as cleared out quick. The buffet was not great for the price. Overall was not worth it, better options out there.

Awesome trails! We are a couple of 60+ year olds, and have been working our way thru the local trails. This one took us almost twice as long than the same distance on Halfway Brook, we really needed to pay attention to the roots and rocks....which is

Okay first of all, mini golf is pretty popular pastime in the Lake George area. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this location has TWO courses! That’s 36 holes total! I believe the prices were $10 per person for one course or $16 to do both
