Sita's Kitchen - Vegan restaurant in Trinidad - 107 E Main St, USA

Stopped into Trindad for coffee and stretched out my legs from a cross-country road trip. Stumbled on Sita's cafe for some soup. I found myself in love with the atmospheric vibe and delicious smoothies and soup. A must stop for some light refreshments or big meal. I love nature, and this cafe provides an indoor tropical feel. A great place to sit to chill, relax, or work at. I highly recommend a peak for an esoteric vibe.

Very cool laid back spot in cute downtown Trinidad. But let's talk about the food! It's the bomb!!! My wife and I split the beet fajita tacos and the BBQ jackfruit taco and we were honestly blown away. It was the end of our road trip before the last push to Dallas. We'd eaten at many places over the previous weeks. All of them were pretty good, but Sitas blew us away! Everything was so fresh, the pita style bread was some of the best if not the best I've ever had. The options were generous too! The atmosphere inside is very calming and peaceful. It's inside a beautiful old building. The outside seating is also very good we had our dog with us so we sat outside and enjoyed beautiful quirky Trinidad. The owner also stepped out to conversate with us and was so nice. Overall great experience. Bottom line, I highly recommend Sitas.

Sita’s Kitchen was such a delight! My daughter loved the puzzles she could choose from, and the food was impeccable. I had the bbq jackfruit and will be back for more!

I ordered the Burrito with fruit for $10.30. I appreciate being able to find a vegan establishment. This burrito is life the way all the ingredients compliment each other is mind blowing. I am not always down for It’s actually cooked correctly, and these ladies know how to cook their tofu! I definitely recommend stopping in And having yourself a treat at Sista’s Kitchen right off the Main Street in downtown Trinidad. When you make your way here don’t hesitate to stop and grab a healthy and satisfying bite!!!

Wonderful food. Accommodating to gluten free folks:) Super chill atmosphere. Plants to enjoy looking at as you eat, and day dream how on earth they keep them all alive 🤣! The service was outstanding. If you try to eat healthy, are vegan, or are gluten free try it.

One of the best restaurants I've been to so far. The owner is one of the fine gentlemen and takes time to converse with every guest and make them feel special. Will definitely be back if we travel back to Trinidad, CO. We tried the Khichdi on flatbread (fresh baked daily) and BBQ jackfruit on flatbread along with Mango smoothie, silk pie. Yummmm. Yea sooo delicious and really really good. You gotta have to try this no matter whether you're a vegan or a omnivore. HIGHLY Recommend!!

A unique place with a unique ambience. Sitas kitchen served as the perfect stop over on our way from Santa fe to Denver. They have interesting choices on the menu. We went for the Falafel on flatbread and the unique jackfruit on a flatbread. Pleasantly surprising to find so many options at a Vegan restaurant. Must stop on the way. What an experience sitting by the window next to the beautiful plants and watching the city go by as I sipped my tea. Have to be back here!

I stopped in on my travels to grab some soup! It was lovely. My favorite touch was the cranberry at the bottom of the butternut squash bisque. Check this place out!
