This hotel is a catfish! The only nice thing about it is that it’s central to Beverly Hills.
The first night we checked in we needed to change our room because the sheets were dirty and had hair all over them. The rooms were really dusty and no one cleaned them even when we asked the receptionist multiple times. The receptionist were rude and just talked back instead of helping. There are many other hotels in the area that are actually worth the price. Avoid this hotel if you can.
I had a wonderful stay at Sirtaj Hotel Beverly Hills! The hotel itself is cozy, stylish, and in a fantastic location. But what really made the difference was the amazing service from Sunny. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. His friendly and attentive approach made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you get to interact with Sunny!
Lovely little stay while visiting friends in the area. Rates were extremely reasonable for the area and time of year. The location was the real seller. Just a short walk from Rodeo Dr and all the shopping and food. The food at the on site restaurant was also nice! The room was small but well appointed and very comfortable.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The design of the hotel is terrible and the rooms are not properly cleaned. There are spots and marks in the shower from soap and a lot of dust everywhere.
First night I experienced that the air condition placed right over the bed made a horrible sound and started dripping out water and ice into the bed and on my head. Had to turn it off and then bed and pillow was really wet, so must gave been dripping for a while. I had to get up before 7 in the morning. When I came to the reception to tell about it no one was there and I had to wait for a long time. No way to contact anyone either. The hotel couldn’t offer me a room as they didn’t have any clean ones. Ended up having to sit on a bench in the room waiting for a call to get another one. Ruined my whole day.
It says in the booking that you get a bottle of liquor included for each night. Even though I don’t drink liquor; the bottle was not in the room and we were never offered one. No water bottles in the room either.
In the room there is a glass wall between the bed and the bathroom. Great if you like watching people going to the toilet :) We had to use the one in the reception instead because of this. Also no elevator in the hotel. Just a small lift.
Do not recommend.
The location is great, a block away from the Wilshire, Rodeo Dr and many good restaurants. The hotel has parking across the street but no valet or bell boys to help with luggage. The rooms were a reasonable size but not a great use of space. Bathrooms had fancy automatic toilets 😳 and multi head showers (but they needed descaling badly). The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was included but basic choices and they didn’t have everything. Do be aware of extra charges on the room - the overall paid price is much higher than the listed price.
It is a great experience, with easy check-in, and a good breakfast. I like the coffee machine in the room. The staff is great, especially Sunny. Parking could be better, the front desk should open the gate for you at any time, but it's ok. Will recommend it!
I had a HORRIBLE experience with this hotel and I would caution anyone looking to book with them.||I booked through a third party website and booked a Double Queen Bed Room when I arrived and checked in I was given a Single Queen Bed Room. I never requested the change and was in town for a surgery and I needed the two beds.||I brought this to the attention of the hotel receptionist. I spoke to the manager who told me that they don’t allow third party websites to book double queen bed rooms that they only do that through their official site and that it was the third party fault for allowing me to book it that way. The only thing I was offered was a room that did not have functioning air conditioning. I was staying there for a few days and that wasn’t going to work. It seems like this hotel is constantly having issues with third party websites and should stop allowing customers to book that way if it’s causing this many issues.||I ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel near by. I have tried multiplied times to dispute being charged but because I did not cancel my reservation within their “24 hour cancellation policy” I am being denied a refund. I was never made aware ahead of time my room would be changed. If I would have known my room was going to be changed from a double to a single bed I would of cancelled my reservation ahead of time. I have also tried to dispute the charge with the third party website and was told it was up to the hotel to process the refund.||Now I’m stuck paying for a room I never stayed in. Their customer service is terrible and would just recommend people to book else where. There is better and nicer hotels in the surrounding area. If you’re going to pay the hefty price just go somewhere else and save yourselves the headache of dealing with this hotel.
Positive: Location Negative: Amenities fee and the smell. There is a small pond at the front door of the hotel which smells terribly and needs cleaning, even from the room you smell that! And the smell of bleach products while they clean rooms is too much and causes headache.
Hubby and I just stayed three nights in a king suite and really enjoyed it. Our rooms were clean and spacious and very modern. Best of all was the lively bar with Bob Dean, an entertaining bartender (you'll make his day if you ask for a "rusty nai
