I work for Schaefer Autobody Centers, and I had an issue with my work computer. I called Single Wave Technologies, and I was assisted by an exceptional employee who goes by the name of Harrison. He went above and beyond all of my expectations. He made me feel comfortable during the call.

Started off good, went downhill really fast. We engaged them to do some work for a remote office in MO. Once they got paid the communication came to a crawl, they eventually cut all communication, and was basically told unless we wanted to sign up a long term MSP contract they were not interested in moving forward. Didnt finish the job all the way either. Didnt receive all passwords either. Knowledgeable but Overall just unprofessional.
