Awesome! We had a couple of great steaks on one night, and came back a couple days later to try some other entrees. Shae was awesome, recognized us when we returned. The crew took great care of us. Oh... And they poured some great bourbon too! The PB&J was really tasty and unique, went great with a pour of Whistle Pig 10 Year.

Single Barrel was outstanding. Nice vibe & decor, great staff, food & whiskey selection. Everyone in our party agreed, everything was excellent. They have over 200 whiskeys on hand, our party only tried about 10. Guess we will need to return to try the rest. We will definitely be back next time in Lincoln.
Very nice restaurant. Steak was wonderful quality and cooked perfectly. Service (Barb), was friendly and prompt. They feature many whiskies of all varieties and prices. Will definitely return
Best bourbon selection for a small size restaurant. I am a bourbon nerd and have about 70 bottles myself. The single barrel has mucm more than that and the selection is incredible. The bartender let me have two pours of Weller Special reserve which is extremely hard to find. I also had one of the best burgers ive had. I drank the bourbon at the bar but they cooked me a cheeseburger late night that I was able to bring back to my room and eat. The Bourbon selection is incredible and the food is amazing. Cant recommend enough and I will be back within a year. Thanks so much single barrel and The Graduate Hotel. Best place in the country
The steak was tasty, but the presentation was poor. I received my salad after my meal, and the lettuce is wilted. My Bulleit old-fashioned was very good.
The Single Barrel is a great place! The decor is very well done! The staff is very friendly and courteous! As we were eating they made sure to check in on us to see if everything was going well or if we needed any thing else. Our meal was very tasty and delish! Very quickly served and great serving temperature! Wonderful atmosphere and very clean. Our dining experience was great and wonderful! Thank you!
