SinCity CrossFit - Physical fitness program in Henderson - 958 Empire Mesa Way, USA

CrossFit noob here and I absolutely loving this gym. I was nervous to start but the staff is very welcoming and knows what they are doing. They have a great ramp up program that teaches you all the moves and lifts you'll be doing so you protect your body and avoid injuries. I feel so encouraged to be here I rarely miss a class. I've made a lot of friends in the community too!

Amazing Gym and Community. Billy the owner is top notch and cares about all of their members so much. If you are looking to change your fitness once and for all and be around like minded people in the same pursuit, look no further!

I’m updating my initial review from 4 years ago! I’m so glad I joined SinCity Crossfit! Great atmosphere, awesome coaches, flexible schedule's! I’ve been coming for almost 5 years now and I’m so happy I continue excelling in my goals mentally and physically. The community is amazing and the programming even better, with plenty of options according to each individual fitness level. With the help of the nutrition program and the daily workouts I’ve been able to transform my body and look like a complete different person! Looking forward to continue crushing goals at this amazing community!

Sincity CrossFit helped introduce me to my passion and love for fitness and working out again! The coaches are very knowledgeable and always willing to give advice and help you out. I could not have made the changes I have in my fitness without their guidance. The gym is very accessible and has an option for open gym in between classes which is great for people with busy schedules. The atmosphere and members are all great as well!! You won’t regret working out here.

I would recommend SinCity CrossFit to anyone aspiring for a healthier lifestyle or experienced athlete. I have tried many CrossFit gyms in the Las Vegas area, but kept coming back to them. They put a heavy emphasis on warming up before the workout to avoid injury which is something I found unique to them versus other gyms I experienced in the Vegas area (and also any CrossFit gym I used living in Detroit, MI or Orlando, FL!) The coaches are extremely motivating and knowledgeable. A HUGE facility with a wide range of equipment for an always engaging workout.

Life. Changing. Hands down the best place, my happy place, the place that changed my life forever. I have neuromuscular deficiencies resulting from brain surgery to remove a 6cm mass in my brain in 2012. My whole life was turned around when I joined SCCF. My amazing coaches over the last 5 years have made me realize that I can overcome my issues and be successful in a very demanding sport. I owe it all to the training and programming SinCity CrossFit has to offer. Owner and Coach Billy Howard is a wealth of knowledge and is a great mentor and coach. If you come to Vegas and are looking for a box to drop in or are a resident and want to change your life, I strongly recommend coming in!

This gym is so great! I joined because my regular gym was closed, and my plan was to just do cross fit temporarily until I could go back to my normal weightlifting routine. Eighteen months later I am completely addicted. For one thing, I actually noticed I got stronger for a change-- I started being able to do things I never thought I'd do (like pull-ups!). The other thing is that there is really nothing like having a coach and teammates around you to motivate you to work hard. The coaches and other members are so supportive, even of people like me who are old and not that strong ;-) It's been such a great experience and I highly recommend it.

I joined Sin City CrossFit over 5 years ago! It has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It has changed my life in so many ways. I love SCCFs coaches, community, and programming. There really is no other gym quite like Sin City!
