Such a BEAUTIFUL Bed & Breakfast! We LOVED that all though it is a historic/older building, the rooms are clean, fresh, and so beautifully decorated! It has all the charm minus the old smell. The Manager was so sweet and accommodating! We mentioned that it was our anniversary and later found a happy anniversary note taped to our door! The location is IDEAL - right in the center of downtown yet no noise from the streets. We hope to make Simpson's our new tradition for our Mount Dora visits!

We’ve been to and enjoyed stay over visits to Mt Dora in the past. This year for our anniversary I decided to find a B&B downtown. We chose Simpson’s B&B and are so happy we did. Tonya was our go to person to coordinate our early arrival, flowers in the room and make/recommend dinner reservations. She was awesome. We stayed in the Bob’s Suite. We loved it. Spacious and comfortably decorated. I believe the hard wood floors were bamboo. Both the separate bedroom and bathroom had sliding barn doors. The ambiance was wonderful. When visiting Mt Dora in the future we will always stay at Simpsons. We are already planning a new trip there with friends.

This was the best Bed & Breakfast experience I have ever had. The location was perfect for walking anywhere in town. Tonya, the Manager could not have been more helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. She also was very knowledgeable about the history of the building. Every one of the rooms had their own distinctive charm, and everything was amazing. Beds and pillows very comfortable and shee.ts were super soft. | |I highly recommend the SImpson Bed & Breakfast.

Simpson’s B&B is in the perfect location, in the cute town of Mt Dora, it’s in the heart of downtown, walking distance to all the restaurants, stores, park and all. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The B&B is adorable. Our room, Jim’s room, was super clean and comfortable. So many thoughtful touches fresh flowers and anniversary card, water, snacks, robes, and more. I didn’t travel with mine this time so I was so happy to see the Keurig with assorted coffee! I can’t say enough. Happy we chose to stay there.

We love the Simpson Bed & Breakfast! We love in Orlando and make it to Mt. Dora a couple times a year for an event or quick get away. The times we have had the chance to stay in Mt. Dora we always pick the Simpson B&B!! It's adorable, super comfortable and the most consistent place you could ask for. We always enjoy the breakfast at Cody's and when we leave we can't wait for the next time. We have stayed in Jim's, Mary's, Bob's and Carol's room and each is special in its own special way.

This was my second time staying at Simpson"s B&B...it won't be my last.!! Tonya and everyone else I have dealt with are always a pleasure...their sense of hospitality and caring is evident!|Our stay in Carol's Suite both times was exceptional. The|bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining area and the comfy "family" room with a great TV, comfortable chair and daybed are so clean and welcoming.|The products they provide and goodies they leave for their guests are so appreciated. The kitchen has everything you could need! The bed and pillows are so comfortable, and the linens soft and fresh.|This Suite makes me feel like I am in a garden...so peaceful.|The breakfast options at Cody's on 4th are so good! What a great selection and, the staff is so nice and friendly.|I am looking forward to my next visit...wish it was sooner...

In town for a family weekend. We were lucky enough to rent out the whole B&B. Every room has its own charm and character. Exceptionally clean, coffee maker in room, shower and bathtub, hair dryers and shampoo and conditioner provided. Refrigerator was filled with bottles of water and cream for coffee. The beds were all very comfortable as well as the pillows and sheets, Tonya the Manager was there to answer any questions we had and TerryAnn did a fantastic job cleaning our rooms. I highly recommend this B&B, We will absolutely be returning.

We visited Mt Dora for my mom's 65th birthday weekend, and we were so pleased to discover Simpson's Bed & Breakfast had 3 rooms available! We booked Mary's Suite, Edna's Suite and Jim's Suite - and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It is central to everything - I mean, right in the heart of town! SO convenient to everything, never had to worry if we were getting too far away from our place if we needed to drop off a coat, go get sunglasses, etc. Also, the complimentary breakfast at Cody's around the corner was very nice and tasty. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, k-cups/keurig, dishes/glasses, etc.), a sitting area and snacks. Our bed was very comfortable as well. Seamless check in and check out process all via your cell phone. We will definitely be returning!
