Don't bother. We ordered $80 worth of food and came home with missing food, undercooked chicken and curry with onions (I am allergic and asked them of this to hold off). When I called the restaurant they wanted to refund just a part of the order but only via cash app?? Then the manager, Ritchard, went on to yell at the cashier Dante for not packing the food correct. Umm the cashier has nothing to do with onions in the food and undercooked chicken. While I am on the phone he literally tells him that he is taking this meal out of his check and "isn't dealing with this s#!$". They refunded the food but what a horrible experience.

Ordered food from here through Uber Eats just to find a roach in my Cashew Nut order. I had already eaten a fourth of it at this point. I was extremely disgusted. I have never had this happen to me in my life. When I went to the restaurant to get my money back the lady did not want to give me my money back because she said I needed to go through UberEats. She also questioned why I brought it back the next day. I had ordered that food late at night to eat for lunch today. So I brought it in as soon as I was off work. I bought more than one item and asked for my money back for all of it since I was to disgusted to eat any of it and she tried to claim that I didn’t bring it back when I clearly did bring it back. She finally did give me my money back but I think if your food is being served with roaches in it you should be a lot nicer and forth giving to a customer who you almost fed a roach to. After I found the roach I looked at the negative reviews they had and saw that this is a trend they’ve had going on for years. So if they know they have roaches in their food why aren’t they doing something about it, and why are they questioning me like I’m not telling the truth when you know you’ve had a roach problem for years? I will not eat here again. The food that I did eat wasn’t even that good. Next time I’ll make sure to look at both the good and bad reviews.

I was in town for my birthday and saw good reviews for Simply Thai. The outside is unassuming but the hospitality inside is superb! The food was amazing!! My kids loved the chicken satay with the best rice they’ve ever had. My pad Thai was so delicious. My friend had the orange chicken and loved it as well. We forgot to take a picture of the scrumptious sushi roll #16 was incredible. For my birthday they gave us free fried bananas and coconut ice cream. What a great surprise this restaurant was for us. Next time I’m in Nashville I will for sure come back!

I can’t speak to the food but a roach crawled across the table as soon as we sat down so we got out quick. I had high hopes of an authentic hole-in-the-wall restaurant but it was so disgusting we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Didn’t even order food. Based on other reviews, it’s good we got out since others found cockroaches in their food. Wasn’t willing to take the chance. Seems like their glory days were in the past.

Overall, I was pretty happy with my food! I got it delivered to my place, so I can't comment on the service or atmosphere, but I can say that the person over the phone was very helpful. He was able to confirm that the curry base was vegan very quickly. I ended up getting fresh rolls (sorry they're half-eaten in the picture - they were super tasty) and a Mussaman Curry with fried tofu and extra vegetables. The fresh rolls were great, and I love that they come with two different sauces. They had rice noodles in them, too, so that was a bonus. The curry was a little thinner than others I've had, but it was really refreshing in that way. The flavor wasn't as bold as I expected for Mussaman Curry, but it was still very enjoyable. I like that it was lighter than most other curries out there. My only complaint was that I found a piece of beef in my food. I definitely still finished it, but it was a little shocking to find that in my vegan dish (also included a picture). It isn't going to stop me from ordering from here again, because I still enjoyed everything a lot.

My family's first trip together to Tennessee. We were craving Thai food and looked up a few different places. Typically the pictures always look way better than the actual meal and get our hopes up only to be disappointed. Simply Thai did NOT disappoint! Our food was fast, filling, delicious and picturesque! The staff was friendly and although the place was kind of small, it added to the comfort and authenticity. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're hungry and looking for some delicious and affordable Thai food.

I got a delivery today. There was a nasty little curly black hair in my food. Also, I asked for plenty of rice because sometimes they send one scoop for a whole thing of curry which is obviously not enough unless you like to eat it like soup. They changed my receipt and add 3.50 for additional rice, which I can buy a 5lb bag of rice for that. The amount they charge for curry is definitely high enough without additional costs for something that costs nothing. Also, they don't even mix in the crushed pepper seasoning they add to change your heat level. They put a scoop on top so it just sticks to the lid.
