Simplicity is great! I've been going there for a while now having a couple different areas treated for laser hair removal. Mykell and the whole team have always been amazing to work with! They always make me feel comfortable and I've gotten to know many of the technicians there over my time as a client. I'm hoping to be done with this process soon, but if I ever need anything else in this field in the future they will be my go-to!

All of the techs here are so great, very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable. I did a 6 treatment package and while they did give me info on memberships and extending my package, they didn't pressure me at all. I highly recommend simplicity bountiful to anyone interested in laser hair removal!
I love this place. I was a little nervous going in to have my legs lasered because all the staff are young women (and I'm old) but they really made me feel calm and at ease starting with my first appointment. Jamie, especially (who does most of my treatments) is so empathetic and kind so we chat for a bit and ...boom! My treatment is done before I had time to feel embarrassed or on edge because she's so efficient.
I bought the 18 month package and about 6 months in, I stopped shaving except for right before my appt. Silky smooth! Thanks guys!
Jessica helped me with such a great way that made me feel very confortable. She took her time to do things well and DID NOT make me feel like things were done in a rushed way and poorly done, like other girls have done in the last location I was. For the contrary, Jessica is the best in my opinion. Bountiful location is a very good one and I recommend it.
