This place is genuinely a hidden gem when it comes to boba, and their boba creations are among my favorite discoveries. Whether it's the smoothies or teas, the drinks here consistently impress. If you're on the lookout for a new favorite spot, I genuinely hope this place resonates with you as much as it does with me, although my only criticism with this place is the lounge area inside could use some work

I wish they had had more flavors of ice cream. The scoops are also really small. The bubble waffle tastes amazing, I think it's very egg based, tastes so good. The fosselmans matcha ice cream tastes like pistachio, maybe they use the same base.

This Bona shop is my boba haven! The service quality is like a well-practiced dance—smooth, delightful, and always leaving me wanting an encore. Customer service? Good boba spot. I got the milk tea and oolong milk tea with pudding and it was delicious. My only complaint is they put way too much ice into the drinks. It deludes the drink and you are essentially paying for ice and not the tea. Also, the parking can be a headache.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The drinks at 50% of normal sweetness was perfect for us. We tried the Matcha Milk Tea and Jasmine Tea. They use plastic bubble lids rather then the normal heat sealed lids, weird but whatever. On Tuesdays they have a $3 Thai Tea special all day. Also ask for a stamp card, 10 stamps = 1 free drink.

Good boba and open fairly late. Big menu for all types of drinks. I believe they have ice cream with waffles? But I've only ordered drinks here.

I started coming during the pandemic and continued going every time I was in town (quite often). I loved their drink variety and quality. Whether you craved a vlassic drink, signature drink, or a bubble waffle, they wouldn't let you down. Unfortunately, about 1.5 years ago I had a poor customer service experience where my drink order was skipped. I know it gets busy and things happen so I let it go. I thought enough time had passed and returned again this week to only be ignored, once again. After finally getting my drink, I was disappointed. With so many boba options out there, I'll skip this place. I'll save my time and go elsewhere.

I have a really funny story. So I order two drinks with no ice and no boba, and the first time I go in they put ice and boba in each drink. Then I go back in to correct it and they make it again but still add boba to one drink. Then I go back in again and they make it without boba BUT ADD ICE 😂😂. Then they had to remake the drink for the fourth time. The drinks tasted like a mixture of food coloring, artificial sweetener, and water. 0/10 horrible experience. The interior of the store is messy too.
