Símple Mexican Grill - Mexican restaurant in Parrish - 11235 US Hwy 301 N, #105, USA

We've been eating here since y'all opened & although the food is always fresh, we aren't really loving the new 'flow of the line.' You walk in & go straight to the register, no more choosing what's in front of you, which poses a big problem. You no longer have a line to the door, but now the people are waiting at & around the register. It doesn't seem like the issue was fixed. We definitely weren't the only people confused about what to do. Unfortunately because of the ordering system, we didn't spend nearly as much as we do normally. My husband usually orders guacamole & queso, but because of the system, he didn't. Staff could have been friendlier, too. Not sure if it was an 'off' time of day, but no one seemed like they were happy to be there. I ordered no meat tacos & got chicken instead.

Really great food and service. Easily a step above Chipotle, Moe’s, Tijuana, and chains like that. Love that they have nachos as an option, and also great meat selection. Pork and Barbacoa were super tasty. Would recommend!

We love the Simple Mexican Grill. The food has always fresh, hot & delicious. We noticed they changed the ordering system. I always liked watching them build it. My only request is the restaurant walls & moldings need a FRESH COAT of PAINT. The floor could be steamed as well. It's all part of keeping the place look good.

I have been to Simple Mexican several times. Most of the food is quality such as the burritos and more. However, I definitely would not not order a salad. Twice now I made this mistake there. Today, I thought surely they are not still doing the same thing as before. I was wrong! The problem the first time was a half inch of water at the bottom of the bowl. The first time it happened I said something to a young man about the watered down salad. He did not care, obviously. Today, I thought surely months later someone noticed the water. Wrong! Same problem. A soggy salad with 1/2 of water at the bottom of the bowl. Romaine should be crisp not soggy. I am guessing those who worked there don’t eat their own salads or they would know. It’s soggy. I eat a lot of salads a various places. Never had this problem. What I saw is their lettuce is in a pan with water to keep fresh longer. So when they serve they not only scoop up the water but in addition the water drains off to the bottom of the bowl. My other experience was a gentleman raised his voice rudely, “Get your hands off the glass. You cannot put your hands on the glass.” He was right. However, he did not have to be rude about it especially to an adult. I think this might b the problem is there is no oversight of what quality is being put out. I can look past the disrespect but I won’t buy another salad there at least if it contains lettuce.

I got my food delivered so I can't really comment on the service or the atmosphere, but the food tasted fresh and delicious! I did order the queso and chips, though, and the queso wasn't even filled to the half-way mark and the chips were stale. The main dish was great, though, and what queso I did get tasted good!

Food was great, but staff do not keep displays clean between customers. There is food all over the counter, getting into other items and on the outside of the foil wrapping. Also, if someone can’t roll a burrito, they should change station assignments, my food is a mess.

Very good and flavorful food. Nachos were thin and crisp. Cheese dip was mild and creamy. They serve Coke, so good for them. Cool idea to have a hand washing station outside the bathrooms for people who only need to wash.

Hey all! If you like Chipotle’s concept, but realize how terrible the one in Parrish is- consider Simple Mexican! Someone suggested it recently, so we tried tonight. Excellent service. Wonderful experience and the food was GREAT! I will never go back to Chipotle. Simple Mexican is a similar concept but MUCH fresher food. 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Thanks for a great experience. We will be back! (Weekly😜)
