Silverstone Lite - Hotel in Sunnyside - 408 Yakima Valley Hwy, USA

My business partner rented a room from this location, got settled in the room and attended our event. Upon return, his card key did not allow him entry into his room. He unfortunately had to stay the night in his truck outside the location because his belongings were in the room. We both called the front desk throughout the night and by surprise never reached anyone. This morning we wake up, and found through another guest at your motel, that staff does not work through the night and that they would be in at 8am. This was not explained to him during his reservation nor posted anywhere. Terrible customer service, terrible assistance, overall terrible. Sad that this is the business conducted in our lower valley. I can only imagine if he was a person that needed to take medication before bed and he would not have had his meds. Do better

When we showed up to check in, no one was in the office. Tried calling the number 4 different times with no answer, and finally just decided to go through a different hotel. Not only were there people using drugs on the balcony’s and in parking lot, but overall just a feeling of uneasiness. Would not recommend this place to anyone, and will be disputing the charge for the room on my card.

Every single employee I encountered during my stay was just amazing All were very genuinely kind and helpful. I travel a lot and unfortunately this is one of the hotels around the country where 80% of their vacant rooms are either living there or using the hotel for other purposes. But based off the service I received I can tell that the hotel staff cannot help who they have occupied their rooms. I say this with RESPECT and KINDNESS to the staff but that hotel deserves a better community. My room was clean and I slept great. Keep in mind this is happening literally everywhere It's not just Portland anymore It's everywhere and despite the large amount of uncomfortable people around me I still felt safe and I instill enjoyed my room and service from the staff and hotel. Thank you for the wonderful stay in spite of the disheartening members of your community that I'm sure impact many businesses. I hope things change soon but I will be staying again so thank you.

Great place to stay when traveling. They have great rates for quality rooms. Rooms have all amenities. Fridge, microwave, queen sized bed, hair dryer, and coffee makers! Rooms are in good condition. Front desk is always available. There is a washer and dryer on site!!

Positive: The staff was so helpful! everything was so clean and i was offered everything after every night. Negative: There was no breakfast:( Lol and the tvs were not working due to remodeling.

Rooms are ok to sleep in. Front desk is only available till 10 pm . No breakfast or any additional amenities. They have coffee makers in room but no cups. Tvs don't work. Doors don't lock on the dead bolt. Rooms smell . But over all ok to sleep and for the price you pay it's not bad deal. Front desk personnel is very nice and helpful.

Positive: The friendly office staff!! Negative: Housekeepers were very rude and opened the door even though we told them not to.

Room was clean. Front desk lady was very helpful and nice and got us a good deal on the price...Wasn't very rushed to get out and very understanding being a few mins late to check out
