Challenging and stunning golf course. They have it in excellent condition. The starters, pro shop people and cart guys are smart friendly and kind. I am there once a week, more if possible. The little restaurant serves a good breakfast too. All that and it is a really challenging course, especially hole 7 and 17…I hate them, because I cannot master them YET.
What a wonderful golf resort. The staff was top notch and the facility was up to par. Looking forward to the resort to be fully completed in the coming year(s). For non-residents, it’s $30 for the range with unlimited balls. A golf cart will shuttle you over to the south driving range.
Silverrock is a wonderful experience. I've been coming out to the desert to play golf for many years and I just had the pleasure of playing here for the first time. I honestly fell in love with the place. I drove from Los Angeles, and by the time I got there I was really hungry. Luckily, I had given myself enough time to sit down for a quick breakfast before the round. The staff was helpful and friendly and hooked me up with a golf cart to grab breakfast and hit the range. Food came out quickly and was delicious. After breakfast, I headed to the range. There was plenty of grass in each slot, and I was able to get a feel for the desert air and my distances for the day. Coming from Los Angeles, I'm already in hog heaven when there's a nice grass range, so my day was already starting off great. The course is awesome. From the tee box to the green, everything was in great shape. Had the pleasure of hitting out of a few greenside bunkers and they were very playable. I hate when you get to a course that you've never played and the sand is weird or shallow and it takes a few shots to get a good feel for them. These were maintained really well and very player friendly. The course overall is really fun and challenging. There are some long par 3s and a lot of water, so be ready. Can't wait to go back, especially since I have a new nemesis hole in the desert. I'll get you next time #7... To the staff and crew, thank you for a wonderful day on the course. I've had a lot of hardships recently, and this day was a great escape for me. I truly appreciate it. See you all soon.
Played the course on 5/11/23. The course was in great condition from tee to green except the 18th green. Greens were super fast, which is great! I enjoy the layout and the proximity to the "mountains". There are a lot of sand traps and native desert areas. Staff was friendly. There is quite a bit of construction around the perimeter of the course but it does not affect play one bit. This a fantastic golf experience.
I took my 3 adult kids to play here while on vacation. We were hurried through continuously by the ranger. The closest 4some was 2 holes behind. Twice we had to wait on the group ahead of us. Really ruined the vibe for the day. Couldn’t stop for the drink cart worrying we would get scolded again..for no reason. Would not recommend playing here. Many better friendlier choices. By the way we all shot in the mid 80s.
Beautiful course. Had a lot of fun! It's definitely one of the nicest courses in Palm Springs!
Really enjoyed this golf course, it’s cool playing right up against the mountains, they came down and essentially met a couple of holes which was a nice effect. It was also cool hitting tee shots towards the close mountains and seeing your ball rise up against the mountain backdrop, it created a cool perspective effect. It’s a very walkable course, they were overseeding at the time we played so it was cart path only, I opted to walk and didn’t regret it at all. Make sure to get a ride from someone with a cart to the range and first tee though, and then also coming in from 18, it’s a super long walk otherwise from the clubhouse to those places. The front nine is relatively open and the back nine tightens up quite a bit in my opinion.
First time in LaQuinta. Played SilverRock and had a blast. Played Blue tees as I am a 12HC. Loved the course layout. Bunkers were in good shape as I found many of the green side ones throughout my round. Everything was is really good shape; Greens, fairways and only one par 3 tee box was really rough, all others were good. Pace was good had no issues.

Looking for some great entertainment? This is the desert's best kept secret for a really good night out. Take your friends and guests. We have gone multiple times at this point and I am always sore from laughing so hard and amazed by the magic. T
This Gym changed my life in so many ways. Let's begin with the owners and staff. David Molina is a wonderful person, great heart. I've lost a good amount of weight, and added muscle. Mentally and physically I feel very well these days and huge reason
I was greeted by the friendly staff. Service was fast. They make great micheladas. I had a Salmon Benedict with tomatoes. Shockingly delicious. The salmon wasn't dry and the sauce didn't overpower the flavor. Eggs were cooked perfectly. I ordered a B
Been twice and eager for more! Great tasting, healthy, pretty presentation, excellent value, sharp and comfortable decor, spot on service! This place fires on all cylinders.
Honestly, THE BEST filet mignon ever! My daughter's rehearsal dinner started with some amazing apps: crab cakes, calamari, tempura green beans, and bacon wrapped dates. I had the satisfying French onion soup, THE BEST filet mignon, and the superb ras
Always fun hiking through the desert, but after the tropical storm Hillary things are new and fun! Great day hike ð I have hiked this area before, but today I went up to a very remote side canyon. I saw some big animal footprints and got a bit ner
