They renovated it not too long ago. There is a tennis court and a football (soccer) court, soccer field outside of the court, and also 4 basketball courts up the hill. Very fun to play with and most visitors are kind and fun to play with. Playground has swings, slides, poles to drop down on, a roundabout, and a zipline.
Silver Spring Intermediate Park is for the most part, a well maintained park. It has a playground and tennis court and the grass had been recently cut. While I was visiting this park, it was being used by a cross section of people from the community. It also has trash cans and a portable toilet (which could use another cleaning) equipped to handle a wheel chair. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this park. It was relaxing.
Not fancy, not big, not new upscale equipment but their 2 tennis courts, basketball court, good parking within the park and a playground area that had a lot of kids and join it with their parents.
Great park with good amount of field space for whatever activities. With playground, double tennis courts and double basketball court there's fun for everyone. It is missing a water fountain though.
Great little park! Close to Montgomery college. Only reason for 4 and no 5 stars is because there isn't much to do. Basketball court and decent size feild.

Pretty nice, my concern is that it is way to close to the main street. There should (also) be more diverse games for the children's to play and more traffic safety.
The basketball court had some of the best comp back in day(when we held it down) Great place to take the kids out and be in nature.. Forever my court. -B

What a gem of a place! Terrifically comfortable auditorium for film screenings and in person events. Lots going on for seniors and teens too, plus the city offices, and police all in once place. Very special!

The Pollo a la brasa is always good, fresh hot from the roaster. Very flavorful and tender. Got it for visitors who haven't had Sardi's pollo a la brasa before, and they loved it.
