This place is a total let down!! Do Not Book this company - Hollywood Beach Hotel. We reserved Silver Spray Motel.. less than desirable area with drugs being sold right out of the rooms, extremely dirty conditions, the door didn't have a lock or even close completely, plug-ins were not working, very old, no phone in room, bugs all over, no street lights.. the list could go on and on. We decided not to stay, 20/30 minutes later we went back to the front office which was 3/4 blocks away to let them know we wanted to cancel, they refused to help us with a return of our money. Others were actually trying to cancel as well.. they did not give anyone their money back. Sa sad about this whole situation.

The room was less than desirable. I get that this was one of more budget friendly options. With that being said i wasnt expecting a lavish room with tons of amenities. You do get a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. My biggest issue is that the lack of housekeeping was.. bad. (See photos). They have a note on the insiede of the room stating that housekeeping only comes every 3 days. Service was ok but not the best. They were polite and friendly at the front desk. I was able to get clean sheets upon request. But beware they DO NOT offer refunds of ANY kind. Parking for two days was 32 dollars plus fees which totaled over 70 dollars. All that and you arent guaranteed a parking spot in front of your room. Unbeknownst to me there is a parking garage nearby (literally across the street) for half the cost. I tried to cancel my parking pass with the hotel after finding this out, but they wouldnt give me a refund. The location of the hotel, is the main highlight. Its a quck stroll down the street to the beach and Hollywood Beach Boardwalk which is amazing. Its 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport and maybe 30 minutes away from the Dolphins NFL stadium.

Right next to beach in great area! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our morning walks, this place is centrally located on a prefect beach. Not overcrowded at all, even on nicest days. One of those beaches you can go barefoot at night and don’t have to worry about stepping on anything sharp

Horrible Horrible Customer Service. I was treated rudely on the phone while inquiring about my service dog and the $100 pet deposit they were trying to charge me for my service dog. As per American Disability Act ADA service dogs are not pets and no additional fees or deposits can be charged. The guy on the phone was very rude and hung up the phone on me multiple times as I was just trying to gather information for my stay. I was told that the hotel owner is not pet friendly and does not care if the animal is a service dog. I was in shock that someone who works with the public can have such a terrible attitude and lack of customer service. Never Ever will I stay at this place and will be filing a complaint for thier request to charge for a service dog. Very disappointing service and lack of respect.

The most affordable hotel we found in the Miami area. It’s less than half an hour drive to either Miami beach or downtown Miami. Rooms are more like suites with two queen beds, a full kitchen and a breakfast table. The room is very clean and the hotel is a small walk to the beach. Breakfast is great too. Parking is not free but it’s not expensive.

The staff at night was rude when it came to check in,I know they were kind of busy but I asked a simple question but besides that room was cool nice comfortable bed doordash delivered food. The room was cold I'll be back also the morning staff was nice.

Rooms were clean but very old. Electrical outlets not fastened properly to the wall and had loose wires… hardly any available outlets. One of the two rooms we rented had a really severe, dangerous natural gas leak and my father had to be moved to a new room. Location overall is great, the Hollywood Beach Motels have great options, but SilverSpray is dilapidated.

Excellent place. Part of the Hollywood beach hotels. You're a block away from the boardwalk abs the beach. Margaritaville is right up the boardwalk.
