Chad greeted is upon checkin and was an amazing host. I had a couple questions before we arrived as well, and he was very responsive via email. Once we arrived, he gave us suggestions of places to dine and things to do. |The room was clean and comfortable. |No hot breakfast but many cold options that we enjoyed. |Will recommend and stay again. |Thank you!
We loved this place. S’mores and popcorn daily and breakfast every morning. Coffee, water and tea available. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. The location to downtown and RMNP were very convenient. Parking was easy for us too. It was not fancy or bougie but it was charming and felt perfect for an outdoor mountain vacation. We would stay again and will recommend for anyone headed to Estes Park.
My wife and I went to Rocky Mountain National Park to see the Aspen trees' Fall Golden Colors. We chose to stay at the Silver Moon Inn because of the great reviews, closeness to the park (a ten minute drive) and very friendly staff. We were not disappointed. Our room was a King room which was large, clean, and well appointed. Breakfast was limited but it had plenty of good healthy options along with choices of hot coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. We loved the popcorn in the afternoon or evening if you asked and the smores in the evening. It had a beautiful stream running right in front of the hotel with several areas for guests to sit along the stream. Guests could also sit outside in the evening because they had multiple firepits burning every night around the stream and property. Parking our car each night was never a problem. ||The staff was the Best! Chad, Johnny and Bridget were all super friendly and accommodating to make our trip outstanding. We were unsure of exactly when the leaves were going to change so we called them occasionally before our stay to make sure our dates were still good to see the fall colors. They always answered our questions in a friendly and informational manner. They assured us that our dates were good to see the fall colors. They were so right - Awesome!!! Thank you, Chad, Johnny, and Bridget, for making our stay so memorable. We highly encourage anyone going to Estes Park to stay at the Silver Moon Inn. It is the Best Hotel in Estes Park. ||
Our family went to Estes Park for a wedding Sept. 28-Oct. 2, 2023 and it was the vacation that just keeps on charging us. The Silver Moon Inn was very nice and had a nice location and the staff were super friendly. No complaints! You can tell the hotel is super old, but everything was very clean and nice except for the beds. The mattresses were soooo hard it would have been more comfortable on a pile of concrete blocks. I'm 51 years old and have never had problems with my back, but after sleeping 4 nights on that mattress it locked up my lower back and messed up my hip flexor. I was able to get into the chiropractor the day after we got home and now am doing physical therapy to help with the pain and get me back to walking and sitting normal. We drove from Indiana to Colorado and let me tell you the trip home was a nightmare. Even with a bag of ice it was uncomfortable. I couldn't even get in the car without using my hands to lift my leg into the car and yelling out every time. We are in the middle of the month and I'm still dealing with this. I had read a review that said the mattresses were too firm, but this is beyond firm. I can't stress enough that if you have any kind of back or neck problems DO NOT stay here.
Absolutely perfect location and incredible service! Top floor riverside room had a great view of the river. Spent lots of time with the kids playing by the river and following it through town before heading to RMNP to hike. Wonderful breakfast in the cozy “lobby.” Chad and Bridget were amazing hosts, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful! We were charmed. Will be back!
A great experience all around especially the service. A five rating doesn't seem high enough especially Bridgette at the front desk. Our room with fireplace was a special treat. Breakfast was good also.
Great experience at the Inn. From the check-in until check-out the service was great. We were able to get breakfast nice and early from the office and the staff was friendly, funny, and personable. They gave me some good locations for bird watching in the area. I’d recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfy beds, cozy atmospheres, and great service.
Great location, within walking distance to the shops. The town shuts down pretty much at 5 or 6 in mid September, so wasn't really used to that. But really enjoyed our stay here. Sat outside by the creek, and watched the 2 chipmunks, and lost track of time lol. Very relaxing
This venue is incredible! Shared a special romantic weekend here and the Moon Dance room is unique, luxurious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind. It's right at the entrance of the National Park and the whole of Estes Park is very acc

On an off-season stay a couple weeks ago, we were able to get one of the mountain-view double-king rooms and really enjoyed it. Hotel was very-well maintained and everything seemed like new. The hot-tub and pool were spotless. Breakfast was great.
You canât ask for a better location, barely a mile from our room to one of the visitor centers of The Rocky Mountain National Park. The room was super clean, jacuzzi, kitchen, linens, floors, bathroom, all were spotless. Bed was medium to soft, wor

Another of the beautiful overlooks of the Trail ridge rd. This one looks at the valley that is between the trail ridge rd and the fall river road to which the fall river flows from the receding glaciers of the RMNP. Has a slightly larger parking lot
Phenomenal view on a clear day. Quiet windy as should be expected, so protect your hats from flying away. Keep eyes open for mountain goats and elks. Last time we had a coyote jump in front of our car in pursuit of prey. The road up to this overlook

This resort is by far my favorite place I have ever stayed in Estes Park, the location is far enough away from everyone else to feel tucked away but still be close enough to town. The service is phenomenal, every little detail truly matters to them a
River Stone Resorts is a fantastic getaway location. It offers super easy access to the Fall River entrance of RMNP and is outside of town enough to have peace and quiet but close enough to easily enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Cinnamon's Bake
The Workshire Lodge is located on the banks of the Fall River a mile from the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park = Awesome! and 2 miles from Estes Park where you will find souvenir shops and restaurants in this fun little town.
