Worst Caesars Property ever. Usually travel to Las Vegas and stay at Caesars Palace. Have Diamond Elite status, and a casino host. Tried to get in touch with the onsite casino host for Silver Legacy by calling in advance of the stay, only to be told there was no one available and to see one when I check in for stay.||My room was booked as a comped visit with $300 free play. I went by the rewards desk to check to see if there were any other comps for food, etc. The person I spoke with said she didn’t know what I was saying. Explained myself 3 times, at which she replied - oh you’ll want to see a casino host. I did go there New Year’s Eve before dinner. ||The casino host I spoke with was very clipped and rude. She said when I mentioned what kind of room I booked, that the free play expired. I had already used it first night of stay. So then she said ‘what is it you want then?’ Mentioned that there has always been a process of someone reviewing the room charges, review casino play - and base any comps of charges. She asks me my room number, doesn’t ask me to show her my diamond elite card. She doesn’t look at me and simply says you have $225 charges on your room. I knew that. Again, so what is it you want. Why do I have to explain - maybe this isn’t standard policy at Silver Legacy, but is it at every Caesars property I’ve visited. She told me I had to come buy before I checked out on day before I went to front desk - that meant I had to make another trip to see a casino host for review. I said so it’s up to me to make sure this happens - there’s no customer service there. She said the best she could do is comp $100. She reluctantly did that action. I will not be returning to Reno in the future. Such a turn off. My sisters were just as unthrilled about our stay.||The check in staff were great, as were the bell desk and valet. Super helpful. Interesting to me that my room was in what seemed like the busiest elevator bank (20th floor). My sister has a lower status and got a room in the quietist bank, in a room that has been upgraded. My room wasn’t that clean. Chex pieces on the floor. Black hairs on towels and top bed cover.||Loved Brew Brothers - lived up to their standards - have been to one in Laughlin. When we could get a beverage server come by, they were super great. Several sections where not one server came by ever.||I typically love to leave glowing reviews for great service, this stay needed to be documented. Hopefully no one else will have same experience.||||

I was amazed on how clean everything was from the rooms, halls, lobby and over all casino. There was one restroom I went into and the stall I was in was out of toilet paper. The down fall was ice machine was out on our floor and there was no way to reheat our $200.00 dollar left overs from Ruth's Chris. Oh I almost forgot. Have house keeping check and make sure the alarm is off at side of the bed. Very first night here and the alarm went off at 6 am. One it was startling and 2 not being fermilar with it I hit snooze 3 times think I turned it off. Finally I just unplugged it. Other than those small things. It was really great.

I have never been to this resort/casino before and didn’t know what to expect after reading some of the negative reviews and comments about the property. Upon arrival at the airport, the shuttle showed up in a very short time. Thanks driver was very pleasant and professional and got me to the resort very quickly. Once inside the doors to the resort, I thought it was very clean and spacious. The gentleman at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful and suggested I stop at the VIP desk to see if they could help me with a room upgrade. The staff at the VIP area were extremely helpful and immediately upgraded my room to a suite. I got to my room and was pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of my room. I then went to the casino and walked through all 3 properties ((El Dorado, Legacy, and Circus Circus). I thought all 3 were pretty clean and the cigarette smoke wasn’t too bad by comparison to some other casinos I’ve been to. There were an adequate amount of slots in all three. I would have liked to see more table games open though. Apparently they close most of them down during the week and only have them on weekends. There was very little variety regarding the table games and no $5 option. As far as dining options, again there wasn’t as many open during the week but out of the choices that were available, I didn’t think the prices were too bad and the quality of the food was above average in my opinion with the exception of Port of Subs in Circus Circus food court. I went there on my second day and ordered a big sub with the intention of dividing it up to have some food available in my room for a couple days. The ingredients appeared fresh but they severely skimped on the meats and cheese and smothered the sandwich with lettuce to make it appear bigger. In my opinion, I didn’t feel it was worth the cost compared to subs I had purchased from other establishments in the past. Overall I was very happy with my stay and feel all the staff I had come in contact with were a credit to the establishment. I look forward to my next stay at a Caesars property. One side note; while the waitresses in all three casinos were very professional, they were also very hard to find. If I wanted to have a few drinks, I found I had to go to the joker poker bar.

I really enjoyed it. It's not too busy in the day and parking is very accessible and free. You can walk all through the silver legacy into the other casino beside it. And you can also end up in the big green dome by following the path into the next casino. They have a variety of food items, the bars open at night and they have live shows on a stage that start at about 6pm. There's a little arcade area too for kids. Everybody seems to use the colors listed on the floors of the parking garage to help them know which colored 💚 🔵 ♥️ button to click when getting in the elevator 🛗.

The entire place smells like cigarettes. It wouldn’t have been so bad if there wasn’t so much carpet everywhere. Nasty. Our non-smoking floor had an ashtray with cigarette butts still smoking in it by the elevator. My bf and I BOTH had bloody noses from the poor air quality. The elevator to the parking garage had a 30 person wait at check out. We called twice and visited the bell desk for a cart and were not helped. Granted we were not there to gamble. Just there for a night on a road trip. However, I would not recommend. To anyone. Ever.

Used to love Silver Legacy Casino but man, they got so greedy. Minimum bet on Black Jack & Roulette $25 per turn??? These are the games you played when you wanted to hang out with friends, have a drink, and gamble a little. Now, it feels hurried. We heard a pit boss 3 different times tell the Roulette dealer that if people weren't playing, they couldn't sit down. The table was not full and no one was waiting. It was someone's wife, likely in between, digging into her purse for more money. On the hotel side: Room was clean and nice for a great price. I got a text asking to extend. When I agreed, a follow up text, said I could get it @$29 and to follow up with the front desk. When I did so, they said it did not apply due to black out dates. This, within minutes, of receiving the offer AND the follow-up text confirming that I could get that rate. Regardless, staff were very friendly & I took the room at the higher rate. The second night went out to nice dinner but hardly gambled at the Silver Legacy, the greed just bummed us out. Absolutely willing to gamble and fully aware that the house always wins but let us, at least, feel like we can enjoy our time while they take our money.

It was alright. I’ve stayed in 2 star hotels that were better. The room looked like any other hotel room. The mattress cover didn’t fit properly. “Heated” pool was cold, hot tub was out of service. Sauna/spa room closed early so we couldn’t use it. The added “resort free” makes the hotel overpriced (shouldn’t have to pay a resort free if all the resort stuff costs extra anyway). The shower was nice (though it took 1-2 min for hot water to reach us on the upper floor). Lots of things to see without having to go outside. Staff were friendly. Wouldn’t want to stay here again.

My recent stay at the Silver Legacy was a pleasant surprise. Having experienced dated rooms on a previous visit, I was delighted to find that everything had been freshly renovated this time around. The room was not only clean but also remarkably comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The view from the property was lovely, adding to the overall experience. The check-in process using the kiosk was incredibly easy and convenient, making it a hassle-free start to my stay. I would definitely recommend the Silver Legacy to anyone staying in the area. It's clear that they've made significant improvements, making it a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
