Silver Lake Pool & Inn - Featured Reviews (91)
Celebrated our 14th anniversary here for a few nights and it did not disappoint. After the first room assigned was not to our liking they upgraded us to a suite on the top floor for a nominal difference. Definitely ask to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor! Our room had 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining table and spacious bed area. The pool is most amazing in the morning as it’s quiet and in the afternoon is a bit more bustling. They have a bar upstairs and restaurant downstairs. Everything we tried was delicious. Our favorite was the Fritto Misto and the Cucumber Avocado Salad. Everyone was super friendly at the front desk including Miguel who gave us wonderful service!
My family and I had a lovely stay at the Silver Lake Pool & Inn. The vibe was casual and sophisticated. We loved the cool colors and design in the room. The beds were comfortable, if not a little soft. We didn't hear much traffic on the first floor which was nice. We enjoyed some time in their pool and deck which felt private. We would return here again!
Honestly this place is such a great find! Not only is it chic, hip, clean and smell amazing but it's also family friendly. The staff is all so kind and accommodating! Shout out to Alyssa & Miguel at the front they were super helpful and friendly, they really were the cherry at the end of the trip sundae! |Restaurant is also amazing. We enjoyed a full day at the pool, towels were always in abundance and the food and cocktails by the pool were all top notch.
I had a lovely stay at the Silverlake Pool and Inn. I had a tough long day, and was warmly greeted by the nighttime front desk person, Josh. Seeing the thoughtful design of the room immediately relaxed me. There are so many thoughtful design touches. I hope to bring my family on a trip to the inn one day.|One note though -- housekeeping knocked on my door 3 times between 9 am and my late checkout. So, it's best to keep your do not disturb sign on the door at all times when you're in the room here.
I travel very often and typically stay in very nice hotels and try and avoid boutique places because you typically have to sacrifice something about the stay... Not here. For starters the rooms are very spacious and the decor is solid. From the valet guy - Carlos, to the team inside specifically America & Miguel - everyone is on point. Everyone did an amazing job making sure my stay was solid (I was there for 3 nights). Thursday I spent the day at the pool where they have a very "instagram worthy" rooftop pool with a great view...A handful of really great people there. Drinks were great and cost effective. My experience was so good that moving forward my entire company will stay there while in town. ||Solid - Solid - Solid. ||Thank you Carlos, America, Miguel, and Stephanie for making sure I had ice by the pool. Looking forward to my next trip.
Pool area is a treat on a hot day! Bed was super comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet for the location. The restaurant had excellent food. Overall a wonderful stay. America, at the front desk, was particularly helpful to us during our stay--always a smile on her face and engaging when we entered or exited the Inn.
I recently stumbled upon Marco Polo while walking in the neighborhood as I live localy. I stopped by for a drink and noticed they also have food. I returned recently to try the dinner menu and it didn't disappoint. Chef Jesse and his team know what they are doing. The Calamari and the Paccheri Alla Vodka were the stars of the night. I tried a good amount of dishes and they were all fantastic. I highly recommend coming for dinner and drinks. I want to thank the entire staff for taking such great care of me and my friend. Thanks to Gilbert, Alistair, Brent, Desire, Jesse, and Ivy! everyone made me feel very welcomed and it felt like I was at home in my back yard having dinner and drinks. Shout out to the whole team. I'll be back soon.
For some reason the bathroom door is fashioned to resemble a sliding barn door and offers almost no privacy. The pool is tiny, and they rent it out to non guest so it’s crowed there is no where to sit. The chairs in the room were so uncomfortable they were unusable. But they kinda looked cool. No sink in the bathroom .who designed this? It’s kinda terrible .

Valentina and Helen are absolutely wonderful trainers. They always go out of their way to help everybody out: always giving adjustments to improve posture and performance. I always book a session when one of them is there. They also play great music.
My time at this gym has been nothing short of exceptional! I recently hit my 1 year anniversary and am proud to be a member of CrossFit Echo Park. At first I was hesitant about joining CrossFit in general due to thinking it was just a bunch of rugged
