Silver Inn - Featured Reviews (194)
This is a quiet and tidy hotel. Our room was large, very nicely decorated and comfortable. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The continental breakfast was fairly minimal with bagels, pastries, juice and fruit. The gentleman at reception was pleasant and helpful. Across the street from the hotel you can access the Silverthorne Bike Path which is a very well-maintained paved walking and biking trail which runs along a river. I walked along it for a mile or so and it was very pleasant. Another feature I liked about the Silver Inn was the 2:00 check-in time. All in all, this seems like a fine hotel.
I have always had great luck choosing hotels based on TripAdvisor reviews but this one was a total dud! Should have had a clue when we pulled in to the parking lot and we were the only car on the lot. First the good. The room was large and clean. The bad . . . the bed clothes were pathetic at best. No fitted sheet so we had to get up several times in the night to retuck the bottom sheet after untangling from it. The sheets were coarse and scratchy and very uncomfortable. There was no drain plug in the bathroom sink and the kiddie toilet in the bathroom was ridiculously low to the floor. The door to our room had a terrible gap so wide that I'm pretty sure you could see into the room. Overall just not a very great experience and I guess we got just what we paid for, a budget hotel at best. Won't be stopping here again.
That is the cleanest hotel I've ever been to. Always smells nice and never feel uncomfortable. Feels like in your clean aunt's house. Love the the sauna and hot tub. Clean and the water also smells nice. We will be here back anytime we need a place to stay in Summit county.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Silver Inn. It's not new or luxurious, but it is one of the cleanest and quietest hotels I've ever stayed at. The location is excellent, parking ample, and a great value at the price. It appears to be family run and they clearly take great pride in their business.
This is a very nice, clean place to stay. It is well worth the money. Owners are extremely friendly. Best place we have stayed in.
Not really a breakfast. The rooms were fine, and staff friendly. That said, I chose it as they stated breakfast was included. A few bagels and muffins aren't a breakfast and was insufficient for my kid. At least cereal and milk would be a significant upgrade.
Little gem of a place next to the Target. Paid $160/nt weekday just before Presidents’ Day. Room is like what you’d expect for the price. Clean and functional. Muffins and coffee in the morning was nice. Very much like a time capsule but everyone was super friendly and plan on coming back.
I'm not very picky when it comes to hotels. If you need a cheap room and don't care about modern amenities, choose this spot. Sophie in the office was very friendly, good coffee and muffins in the morning. Easy to find off I-70.
I stayed one night with my teenage son in a bunk bed room. We travel pretty frequently at regular hotel chains but The Pad is now his favorite hotel! Very cool, hip, ikea vibe. Enjoyed the rooftop hot tub in the snow and the open mic night. Staff and
Tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was very good! I got the chicken empanada and my friend got the mushroom one. Each one is $5 but they are pretty big. They had three different sauces to accompany them, the chipotle one was my favo
Spent a week here before holidays. Had coffee each morning. Owner was there early and with a smile. He really enjoys his shop! Staff were knowledgeable about their coffee made each drink perfectly. You donât always get a good espresso pour. I got
Cute park, there are big slides and a climbing tower. The bathrooms were open and very clean. There is also a skate park, tennis court, volleyball court, and basketball court. Great for all ages! There is also a rec center here. There are picnic tabl
Go early or reserve a seat! Very busy and very tasty! We went here twice on our short trip to Silverthorne up in the Colorado mountains! I had Chicken Fried Steak the first visit and a BLT the second visit! Both are delicious, Hubby had an Omelet! Gr
Beautiful hike for all seasons. Winter path is pretty packed down but YakTrax are helpful. Saw lots of animal footprints, but didn't see any animals, even in the early morning.
I had the pleasure to interact with Paul a couple of times. The level of knowledge, care, and courtesy he exhibited was unmatchable. I can confidently say I've received one of the best customer service experiences ever.
Pretty good pizza, very tasty and full of flavor. Tried garlic chicken, old fashion and Meat eater, consistent rich flavor, thin and crunchy crust. The sauces at the table (no spicy at all) gives it the final kick!
Very delicious actually. Wait to get a table went quicker than expected for how busy it was. I ordered the extra large and split it with my wife (sheâs tiny) and we barely finished it. If you have an American sized wife you could easily down it and
