My family has a tradition of visiting Leavenworth during the Christmas holidays, and this year marked our third consecutive visit. The facilities are exceptionally cozy and charming, offering breathtaking views, especially when adorned with snow. The wine tasting experience has always been a highlight, and we often take bottles home to savor the memories. However, our latest visit was marred by a disappointing encounter with the staff. Despite understanding the holiday rush and the inherent stress, I believe this doesn’t justify poor customer treatment. On this occasion, we interacted with two staff members. The senior staff member, who appeared to be in charge, was noticeably rude. When I requested wine tastings for our group of five, her reaction was off-putting, as if our business was a burden rather than a benefit. Even when I suggested a group tasting to ease their workload and asked for clarifications, her responses were curt and unwelcoming. In contrast, the younger staff member was exceptionally helpful and courteous, embodying the kind of hospitality we had come to appreciate from previous visits. Despite this unfortunate experience, the allure of the place remains intact. The wine is delightful, and its proximity to Leavenworth is a major convenience. I hope that management will address these customer service issues so that the experience can be wholly enjoyable, aligning with the wonderful setting and offerings of the facility.

This place is a must if you're in Leavenworth and love wine! One of our favorite places with outdoor fire pits and a great atmosphere. Only reason for a 4 star rating is that it's a little pricey for our taste.

One of our happiest, special places to visit when in the area. A "must stop" for you if wanting great wine and a relaxing atmosphere. Bonus: Gary the owner and winemaker is amazing in every way! Today we celebrate 43 years and cheers to us here!

We booked an igloo experience and were absolutely blown away with the scenery, the service, and the wine. I believe the lady who was providing the exceptional service was Tamara - she was working there all alone but we would have had no idea! She was so kind and we received everything in a timely manner. They have a fridge with cheeses, spreads, crackers so you can choose your own charcuterie adventure. She then took what we chose and made a stunning spread. We would highly recommend this stop as apart of your Leavenworth journey!

Really beautiful tasting room with wines from Eastern Washington. Lots of variety so you’ll be sure to find a style you enjoy. The Italian varieties are so unique and well worth the visit - attentive hosting and great wine.

An incredible escape from the local spots that focus on tourism. Beautiful views and amazing wines, served with top notch customer service - Tamera was so friendly and fun to talk with!. The wines here are better than nearby wineries and almost half the price. We came here late, with not much time to spend, and regretted not coming here first. Highly recommend, especially the reds.

Ben was a fantastic host, knowledgeable about wine, sold his appropriately and did not put down other wineries. When we brought up another wine, he edified it and found others in their selection which we found amazing.
