Guy was amazing. He came out early, knew what the problem was right away and had to re-run a line for us because the other one was in the ceiling. He did so so beautifully that you can’t even see it. He did it without with no complaints and quickly and efficiently. He was nice to us, nice to our dog, and did a beautiful job. We have felt so comfortable with him in our home. He was warm, kind, and fun. Thank you, Sila but especially thank you Guy.

Wanted to share my amazing experience with your technician Brian. He was professional and knowledgeable, giving lots of great options to fix an older A/C system and explained some longer term possibilities to consider, along with some safety considerations and maintenance for our older heating unit as well. He helped us come to a great decision on how to move forward and was able to get everything up and running in no time. Thanks a ton Brain!

We used to Sila it to replace our Old ACs. The technicians were very friendly and capable. Mike and Jordan worked in our attic where the temperature went up to above 100°, and their work was as impressive as their names. They cleaned the workspace after the job was done. Jason came a few days later to tune the system. When I had questions later, they immediately sent Tony and then Brian to check the system and made sure everything is in good shape. They are all friendly, responsive. and knowledgeable. The process was very smooth. I appreciate their great work.

Brian came and fixed our heat and replaced some old thermostats for us. He was very professional and kind. He had a hunch on the heat issue before he even ran the diagnostics and sure enough he knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He had all the parts needed in his truck and had our issue resolved within an hour. He switched out and programmed our new thermostats and gave me a demo on how to operate them. We had another company here prior to Brian, and they stayed for hours trying to figure out the issue then wanted to charge me far more for a part they weren’t even sure we needed. I highly recommend Sila, and Brian. He got our house all set up just in time for cooler weather and we are confident in his work.

Roy did an amazing job. He was very nice with me taking his time explaining me all my questions about the job he did. He is a very nice and kind man and it was a pleasure meeting him. You guys are lucky to have him as your employee.

Best fastest service. I am a recent Sila customer for servicing my furnace and today came home from vacation and my water heater had gone out. I called at 7:00, they were here by 8:30 and are replacing it today. Brian was super nice, helpful and explained my options very clearly, helping me make an informed decision. Thank you Brian! Matt did the install and was quick, nice and helpful. I already was a customer but am now a customer for life. Highly recommend!

Early Tuesday morning, my hot water tank burst. We couldn't find a plumber to install a tankless water heater. I accidentally found SILA on the web and called. I must say my stress was relieved almost instantly. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very polite, kind, and respectful. In addition to reassuring me, he promised to take care of my issue. I was skeptical, but as soon as I hung up the phone, they called to notify us that someone was on their way and would be there in 30 minutes. David was on time, he came and assessed the situation, drained the water tank, and promised to be back the next day at 07:30 AM. The next day, their foreman (David) came along with another David and Connor. Within hours, our new tankless water heater was installed and working effectively and efficiently. They were very professional. I will use and recommend SILA in the future. Thank you, SILA. Looking forward to working with you on more projects in the future.

Sila put in my new AC last year and I couldn't be happier with the quality and service. They are easy to schedule with, they always come when they say they will, and they take on even tough jobs—like installing AC in a tight space in my old house. Rob just completed my free annual AC servicing ( included with the installation package), and in addition to doing a thorough servicing of my Sila system , he also looked over another (non-sila) appliance that another company had told me would require (their) annual servicing. Instead of taking my money, Rob kindly explained how the appliance worked, and why annual servicing was unnecessary. He didn’t charge me a dime. That’s integrity! Sila is pricey, but I always appreciate the quality, integrity, and reliability of their work.
