This place is a gem and we love the food, service, and ambience. We felt so taken care of and were grateful for how kind and helpful Amy was with our order. We had an amazing won ton soup, pad woon sen noodles, and crab fried rice. It was all phenomenal and we can’t wait to come back!
Maegan our server provided exceptional service during our visit. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our dining experience truly enjoyable. The Chicken Panang and Pad Thai she recommended were outstanding – flavorful and perfectly prepared. We give her and the dishes a well-deserved five-star rating! Love the saltwater aquarium at the front too, we’ll definitely be returning soon.

I had overlooked this cute little restaurant in the mini strip mall too many times but I'm thrilled that a friend was a regular and invited me along for a meal. Fresh ingredients, properly cooked, the flavors and spice are delicious. Absolutely transformed the way I cook my Thai fried rice at home. Service is friendly, atmosphere is comfortable and charming. I'm a regular now. 5 stars!
Wow! Food was delicious. Our favorite Thai restaurant closed down so we needed to find a new place near our house, signature Thai was really delicious. We order the red curry and drunken noodles and it was amazing. Please go and check it out you won't be disappointed. The overall experience was pretty good, servers were checking our table several times on our short and late dinner date. I highly recommend it.
We had an amazing experience at Signature Thai Cuisine. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great, it felt welcoming and very decorative. Our server was beyond helpful and very welcoming. The food was amazing and we will definitely be coming back. My new go-to Thai place in San Diego!
I love Signature Thai. The food is delicious, the servers are friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is perfect for sitting with friends and talking. There’s even outdoor seating too. It’s fantastic Thai food, especially the yellow curry
This place is incredible! The food never fails to be absolutely delicious & the customer service is just STELLAR. The Resturant is always highly clean and welly air conditioned. Also they decorate it so cute in here. My Grandma and I frequent this spot, and to whoever comes here I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed:)
My favorite Thai food in La Mesa! Delicious food and Thai tea with boba is the best. Edamame is a great low cal starter.
Order Drunken noodles if you're not sure if you like Thai food, and Red Curry if you feel adventurous. Tom kha, coconut milk soup with a choice of protein is my favorite as well.
If you go around lunch time, try the lunch specials, great way to try the dishes. They come with a tiny soup of the day, one spring roll, a small salad with a delicious sauce, and the main dish. Great service in addition to food, definitely recommend!
