Thieves..... I had made a reservation for a week, but my truck broke down, and never made it. I did call that very day to let them know I would not make it. They would not refund $240. I would understand at least a day not refunded, heck even half, but not the whole amount. I never set foot on the property. So in all reality, they stole $240 from me.

This little park is a gem. Mike the manager is an amazing person and Campground manager. He is so very helpful from directions to good places to eat. This park is clean. Nice bathhouse and laundry. Prices are so reasonable for a night.

We did an overnight. Check in told us their water pressure was high & we should use a regulator, we didn't hook up water as we were trying to use up our tank. They've increased prices to $40/night. Laundry & bathroom facilities available Close to the cute historic Masilla town. Quiet.

Requested a same day spot online. They said someone would get in touch with us to confirm our reservation. When we got there, no papers and it said sold out. I left 2 messages and no one has called back. Drove all the way there for NOTHING!!!!! Now I'm on the road again trying to find a last minute spot.

I have been staying here for 2 years now working on my Masters degree. This is a nice park, the staff are friendly and so are the neighbors. Mike does a good job keeping the riff raff out. It is a older RV park so the spaces are a little tight.

Very friendly host. Water pressure at 120 psi. You will need a regulator. Site was easy in and easy hookup. Site consist of fine gravel. Great location.
