Siesta Motel - Motel in Nogales - 673 N Grand Ave, USA

The rooms are simple, but they are clean. The deposit is a minor annoyance, but they got tired of replacing towels, so it's understandable. Our room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a mistake on my room charge that I didn't notice, and when I returned 4 hours later they brought me a corrected receipt. So that was also a pleasant surprise.

the worst location doesnt answer the phone! keeps hanging on me not stating anything trying to get in Contact with a manager about available jobs and still having the worst service at the front desk! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION not the friendliest or kindest people! have no respect on answering the phones!

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE experience! Will never come back ever again! Hasn't changed since the time when my sister and dad spent a night here a few years back. First of all, you had no rags to shower with because they didn't have any (because people steal them...)! Next you had to put money down to use the remote because apparently people steal that too which tells me right there that this probably isn't a good motel to stay at. I didn't feel safe staying here either. Super dirty. PLUS I SWEAR I FOUND A QUESTIONABLE OBJECT (don’t want to say what I think it is) SITTING IN THE CORNER OF THE SHOWER!!! Like literally JUST SITTING THERE! I will attach photos! Absolutely disturbing!!! I mean maybe I'm wrong but.... I was just so grossed out by whatever it was. Will never be returning. If this is your only option run the other way try to make another option. This just isn't anywhere I would want anyone to stay at. Do not stay here!

Positive: Onsite staff was great given a total lack of accountability from the management. Negative: No coffee maker, ice machine, or breakfast as advertised and no refund. Took me switching into four rooms until most things worked. Clogged drains, missing bulbs, sheets with holes in them, missing amenities (including the tv remote which I never got).

No microwave. 2 towels . Dirty walls . No coffee. Blankets are worn out. 2 small pillows. No ice machine that works. No soda machine. When I called they told me a queen bed was available, 10 minutes later she says only king bed is available. And the room is smoking room ,which I didn't request. I live down the street, and this is not represenitive of Nogales...more like Tucson's worst motels. I know the mayor doesn't encourage improvements for tourists, but this is just sad..maybe unhealthy, (are those aspestos ceilings. ?).

Good service from the Lady that checked me in yesterday Jan 27 around 2 :30 pm, very efficient! Room very equipped and clean.

This is a surprisingly nice motel especially for the price! Be aware that they no longer serve breakfast in the mornings! This place is for sure the best deal in Nogales! It's only about a mile from the border and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. The Wi-Fi has excellent speed. Showers are hot. They have a nice pool. It is pretty quiet even though it's along the 19 business. I will definitely be staying here again!

Positive: Room was very clean and equipped with fridge, microwave, hairdryer and large new flat screen tv. Furnishings were quite new as room had been renovated. Everything worked fine in the room. Location was ok-couple kms from hwy but easy to get to. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast but did grab coffee. For a budget hotel, this was worth it...better than last Motel 6 we stayed in. Hotel was pet friendly which was a requirement for us.. Negative: Hand towels were not in room but toiletries were provided..
