Siesta Motel - Motel in Marrero - 5353 Westbank Expy, USA

I stayed here twice in 2 weeks rooms are only 60 dollars(70 with key deposit )We stayed in same room as we did the first time .Room was clean .You can tell it's an old motel .It was close to everything you need .Ladies at front were very nice housekeepers were very sweet and made sure we had what we needed .

I've been here since 11/17/22. The a/c is cold, the heater wasn't that good. There's no security cameras. A woman and man try to enter into my room and rob me. I was paying $60 a day. Housekeeping staff was professional. Don't trust the guests, they will try to set you up for a robbery. Trust nobody in this area. The 304s are on the loose. They have roaches. I had killed 4 of in 2 weeks. But if you a place to stay for a couple of days. It's reasonable.

The front desk person at check in was absolutely horrific. Even after I spoke to her when I entered the building she just looked up from watching her television show in pajamas. After she rudely took my payment of credit card, I was just handed my items through a window like a inmate. This was my only option after the Marriott overbooked my reservation and returned my money. Unbeknownst toe when I get in the room the remote was missing so I returned to see if I can get another one this lady told me she had already giving it to me which was a absolutely lie. I should've known not to check in a "Motel" that gives you a remote at check in... This lady is absolutely ridiculous and I see why some individuals work at certain places because it definitely fits her stained attitude like the room I rented.

The carpet in the rooms really needs to be changed. Hot water gets hot when it wants to. Went there when it was cold outside. The room heater was broken and the cheap family dollar heater they had in the room was broke. This is just a quick place to go if all else fails.

My experience was very bad the people were very rude and I had to put a 10$ deposit and I was told I’d get the deposit back at checkout but I never received it back and plus the rooms were very disgusting the roof was falling in the blankets had cigarette burns in them and the air conditioning hardly worked the toilet was broke the carpet was also sticky and nasty worse place ever!!!!!! Do not go here!!!!

60 bucks a night, room was clean everything else was satisfactory for the price

It was a good place to live and they was trying to clean up now the owners are letting garbage.come back inn the siesta motel and you can't even talk to your neighbors without jp coming into your room it seems like we don't have freedom to talk no more without HP coming into your room he's letting the drugs back in to this hotel and tuning the good people off this hotel is known for drugs as marijuana weed and coke he's letting it happen when people complain to him he's letting it happen at the siesta motel study throwing them out he rather lose his good people and you do not get hot water no more you get Luke warm water and if you put it on warm water you get cold water this motels all ducked up

Stay away from this hotel!! It is a horrible place they really shouldn't be open. They are rude to the people that try to get a room, there are rats and roaches in the rooms. Omg it's disgusting!!
