a very comfortable place very nicepeople they do not make you feel unwanted they will try to accommodate any request that is asked of them the staff do not bother you or make you feel like your being watched they give you your privacy which brings so much comfort to your stay the beds or very soft water is hot an the price is great as for the riff raff an homeless that hang around the property that is not my business im not here to make friends with the homeless nothing personal im just getting some time away and the sierra is the [place to do so i recommend for your next stay you book a night at the sierra you will surely be thank full
Terrible experience here — roaches and rodents everywhere along with rude and incompetent staff. DO NOT GO HERE.
Pretty grimy spot. Although the bed was clean and the air conditioning worked good. Other than that, bring your own can of Lysol and don't expect much.
Great place . I stayed for 3 months while healing from a surgery . I have a issue with manager pk , he is very rude and pushy . Later on recently i have been back to visit friends I Made at the sierra and to visit the wife of a friend who just passed away . Manager said get out or tow my truck . Get rid of the manager he loses business

This was one of the better hotels we have been to as far as price wise bcuz they were super cheap and if u have motel vouchers they accept those as well. The room was fairly big lots of furniture and pretty quiet place as well . We were able to spend 4 days there as t this motel . Parking was a challenge at times but other than that the place was good to go. Located in south El Monte off of peck and durfee.
Stayed here a year ago . Emergency situation caused me to come back. The place is pretty dirty and smells musty in the room . Grateful no bed bug bites on my little ones , but one night we came back and my 3yr old daughter came across a roach in the bathroom . We've Slept with the bathroom light on every night out of fear. The place has already been paid for .The owner is very rude , he yelled at me over the phone 3 times so far , once for asking for more towels , and the other time for asking for an extra sheet . His wife and him tried to scam me out of extra $ for a key card . The cleaning lady was very polite , but she looks like she's scared of the owner. Looking for a new place to stay next time .
I almost died. Here. I was letting the bath run. When I got in, I was electrocuted. I couldn't call for help. I had a heart attack at the age of 28 because these horrible people didn't want me filling up a bath. If they don't want the use of water to be accessed. They should just cut it off. Rather than silently trying to kill the user. I would have called the cops but there is no physical evidence they would provide without a warrant
What a great spot to have some beers and relax. The open air concept which leads to a patio with tables. A canopy or two and also a great taco/birria ramen on site. Delicious!! $13.00 and worth every cent i tipped over the 13.00.. lol its so cool a
