Horrible roach motel rooms be dirty and they choose who they give certain rooms to and very racist people

Can you believe there are hotels without WiFi in 2024??? Yes there are it is called Sierra crossing motel. I missed my meeting and important work related work due to this stay Never for a moment think of staying here.

Great hotel for its price. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Had a very pleasant stay here

Hot tubs are big and rooms very clean, reception lady is super chill and helpful. Overall a great experience….

The place is always well maintained, sizable rooms and restrooms, and peaceful. Management and staff are attentive and welcoming . Every time I've stayed with them, the rooms are spotless and smell nice. Comfortable beds, beautiful exterior, well worth every penny spent. I can't say enough great things about this place. Checking out today but can't wait to return.

This place was cool I'd stay again... The office staff was nice enough with the few interactions... The jacuzzi was nice it worked well was clean... The room was clean upon arrival... Towels were all clean.. I didn't like how they made the bed with 2 FLAT sheets not fitted... So the sheet came off... The refrigerator was clean working. The microwave is small so don't bring anything to big! The cleaning people clean the rooms of guest checking out 1st... So I didn't get my room cleaned until after I had been out for 2 hours shopping... And it was after 3... Overall I really enjoyed my stay they do need to make a few adjustments...

Everything is great except the beds 🛏️ OMG 😟 so uncomfortable 🥵 I can't handle it especially being disabled 😭 everything else is great 👍 supposedly from what I hear 🙉 their beds are comfortable so I don't know but ours not so much 😔

Prices went up but used to be way worth it & reasonable for the stay. Customer service these days is not always pleasant. I like to give credit to the ones who make any experience a great one. The woman at night in the office is super sweet. Friendly. Helpful. Was able to hold a room for me. I live about 70 miles away & had a few things to do before arriving & she held it as promised. I would return again only bcuz of the great vibe & great service she extended to me. I didn't catch her name. I believe she was Hispanic. But I hope her boss knows she's great. Unfortunately I didn't stay long or even spend the night there that I paid for due to an emergency at home around 12am & I had to rush home. The property was nice. They have a security watching over everything which was nice. He was helpful as well. For a Friday night & fullt booked it wasn't even loud or any type of disturbances. I would recommend the spa be cleaned better maybe. After filling it up there was a brown film that covered the bubbles which was a little unusual. But thats the only issue.
