This place was my home away from home for months. Never had any issues that wasn't immediately addressed. The staff there really does a great job maintaining the building and treating the residents like family. They all was there for me in a time of need and I want to thank them. Especially the office manager, J. Smith she's sweet and professional. Great place to live and the perfect location.

We have been here for a month come tomorrow Dec. 14th 2023. The women in the office were very nice and down to earth, very likeable. Our room was clean and comfortable, we felt at home here. We were on the 2nd floor. The ppl that are here, they don't disturb nobody. No threats, no worries with ppl breaking in your vehicle, etc... With this place being a motel, 3 stories. I would highly recommend this place a 10+.

I stayed here because it was recommended by a friend. Upon arrival to my room in 349 there were roaches running across the floor. It was a constant battle keeping those things away this place is infested. I woke up to them crawling in my bed. Sheets were stained upon arrival. Marijuana smoke filled the hallways and strong inscence smells made me nauseous. People would run up and down the hallway all hours of the night as well as people yelling. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS A DUMP

Water off and they didn't inform guests. They claim it will be on in 30 minutes and it's going on 2 hours.

My husband and I stayed here while we were having some work & renovation done to our home and we were completely satisfied with our stay. It was very quiet & very clean! The staff & Manager Sydney are extremely friendly and very helpful to anything that was needed. We would definitely stay there again if we ever needed to, this is the way all Extended Living/Hotels etc. should be like!

Upon my arrival I was greeted by Coreen. She was joking around with another guest who lives there. The two of them made me feel welcomed and a part of their conversation. I will admit that the rooms are rather small but I did like the fact that I had a larger fridge. The kitchen was nice to have since I was there for a week. My favorite part about my stay was how the staff all treated people. I would highly recommend Crossland and their staff to everyone. I will be back.

I love staying here. The ladies at desk are very nice and awesome n rooms always clean and comfortable.

Do NOT book here! We were scheduled to get there the day before a big competition and were running a little behind due to weather but made sure to call ahead to make sure someone would be there to check us in. They assured us their security guard would. We get there.. noone is at the office. We have to call a number and leave a message which we did several times. After waiting about a half hour we go across the street to the grocery store still waiting for a call back. And finally we decide to cancel and move on. Spoke to the manager and booking.com and managed to get written confirmation of a refund. It's been 2 months now and still no refund and when booking called them they denied the claim. Do NOT book here. Thankfully I will get my refund through booking but it has been a terrible experience and from the locals I spoke to even if it would have gone smoothly it still would not have been a pleasant stay. Book at your own risk.
